I arrived on a quiet lunch time for some beer and food. Having just been to the Museum of Flight the day before this was a great atmosphere for me. However due to it being slow the staff was low and not as attentive as you might hope.
I'm only giving a 3 ? due to our waiter. He was very polite and accommodating. However the manager lacked. This was the first time something I ordered wasn't up to par. Not once did the manager come over,ask questions ect...ect..ect instead the young gentleman handled it with much professionalism. The manager,however felt the need to verbalize this to the kitchen staff,with pointing towards my way. This wasn't needed.Young man,well done! Management needs work. They didn’t have room for our party of 7 and they were able to find room for us and they were very kind about it. Our waitress, Rachel was spectacular. We had the Buffalo chicken dip which was wonderful. Best garlic Parmesan chicken wings we have ever had.
