We were a party of 8 who stopped by after normal lunch hour. One lady cook took our order and prepared some delicious meal of dhaal tadka (lenthils), biryani and tawa rotis. All served at right temp. We were on our way to ferry port and were on fixed schedule. Our host cum cook took care to get us food on time. Place is rustic but food is authentic, simple and delicious.
Their chana masala is fantastic, their naan is delicious, and their service is helpful and friendly. We rolled in with a big group with children, and they did a wonderful job accommodating us. The spice levels went from 1 to 6, which made it really easy to fine tune the heat to exactly what we each wanted, and make sure the kids had something they could eat. We all felt really taken care of the whole time.

Pay no need to the negative reviews. Those people have no tongues nor humanity. The place does not look fancy. It does not have matching plates. It does not have fancy silverware. These things do not matter. One old woman made all the food, and it was some of the most delicious food i have ever had in my life. I will be thinking about this meal for decades. It was the definition of home cooked. I have never had something so flavorful and rich. It was a transcendent experience....
