MOCKING CUSTOMERS!! My teenage nephew was given $50 by his mom to take his cousin and friend out for breakfast. Their total came to $45, and he was trying to be careful with the remaining balance since it was on Apple Cash. He felt the waitress was cold, impatient, and never once said thank you or acknowledged him when he thanked her.
When she picked up the receipt and saw there was no tip, she immediately looked at it, walked over to her coworkers, and loudly said, “Guess what guys, no tip,” and they laughed about it at the front where the boys could hear. These are just kids, and it clearly embarrassed them.
Tipping should never be expected, especially after unfriendly service, and no customer, let alone teenagers, should be mocked by staff. We will never go back, I am disgusted.

I’m here for work for the month of November and have been here at least 7 times so far. I’ve ordered something different on the menu each time; burritos, omelets, french toast, sirloin tips etc. They were all good and I’d order them again. Service has been friendly and the place is clean. People need to leave reviews for good reasons more often. Thanks IHOP!

Gentleman at the front counter was the only employee that I saw was greeting and assisting customers to seat, while 7 employees sat that the back counter waiting for food to serve. Gentleman at the front was the only good service we had in there. Other employees didn't even smile once, making it look like the most miserable job to have. Waitress took our order and expected a 20% tip to carry the food from the kitchen without having to work for the tip. Very few customers at the time, but very poor service from the majority of the employees. Thank you to the Gentleman in the front with good service and good work ethics. You may have been the busser/ hostess, but you had the best service of everyone who was working. He greeted, said thank you to all customers leaving, he asked to seat customers with a smile, fixed the menus in spare time, and if a customer needed to order, he gladly found someone who was standing around to take the order.
Couldn't decide between the tres leches and the cinnastack and had to have both. Both of them were delicious, though I liked the cinnastack a little more. I do wish the cinnamon filling went all the way to the edge of the pancake!

I came in for dinner tonight and was waited on by Dorthea. She was so prompt and friendly. I’ve been in many times and never had such great service! Not only was she great to me, but I heard that same amazing attitude with every customer she greeted while I was in. She got my order perfectly and had the perfect balance of attentiveness without interruption or rush. Such a sweet smile and great service, I will definitely be back!
