This morning i went to have breakfast with my wife and when the food came out, all of the food was cold. only food that wasnt cold was crispy shrimp. i ordered sirloin tips and eggs for breakfast and my pancake was cold. Butter wasnt melting at all because my pancake is cold. Steak was cold and so as eggs and hashbrown. its not that i dont like IHOP. When i was in texas i literally went to IHOP almost 3times a week after work. i think serving cold food is worst thing you can do as a restaurant. If i could i honestly would give zero stars. The worst IHOP i've ever went to. For sure i wouldnt go there ever again.

Sat down, about 15 min until someone came to help, then 30 minutes to get food is fine, but the server not coming back to refill until food came out.. terrible.

I haven’t wrote a single review in my life, but this place deserves one. We got seated right away and got a drink orders taken a few minutes after being seated. Then they said that a waitress would be right with us to take our food orders. We both ordered the chicken fried steak. About 30 minutes later the waitress comes back and tells us the they are out of chicken fried steak. We then ordered the steak bites. I asked for no mushrooms. Around another 20 -30 minutes they come back with our order. The steak bites were horrible and small portions. I also orderd a side of Mac n cheese not know they use BOXED kraft Mac n cheese which also was bearly anything there. My significant other ordered the same thing but for the endless pancakes. The pancakes were burnt and tasted horrible as well. I would most definitely never recommend anyone to eat here. I got home and not even 30 minutes later I had bad diarrhea. I know this is a new place, but absolutely horrible experience. I will never be seen in there again. I just don’t understand what it took them so long to let us know they didn’t have any country fried steak.

I have visited this establishment a few times. Initially I was excited that we got an IHOP in town. However; today's experience has soured my view on ever eating here again.
I walked in, and the girl at the front must have been training or something, but she was about to seat me then got called over to the cash register to learn something else. Meanwhile I'm standing around waiting to be seated for longer than I should have.
Finally I get seated, and the table had salt all over it.. so, not cleaned, awesome. For what seemed like forever, not 1 worker acknowledges that I am there until I waive them down (this was at least 15 minutes, because when it started to bother me, I started keeping track of the time). Mind you there was about 5 -7 tables that were filled at that time, so not busy by any standard. I mentioned that I had been waiting to order for over 15 minutes (accurate) and she didn't even respond to me or acknowledge me, again.. AH-Mazing.
I ordered an omelet and some pancakes with a coffee. The coffee came out pretty quick after that, but there was a wait on the food. After which she came out with the pancakes.. and said another server took my omelet out so they're remaking it. (Mind you 5-7 tables 3 of which were already eating).. sooo, not hard to keep which food goes where straight.
The omelet arrives and is undercooked. (Pretty hard to eff up an omelet, just saying.. so good job Captain Half A**)
Honestly - I think I would get better food (and service) at the dumpster behind Safeway. At least there I know I'm getting trash and not expected to tip for sub-par.. EVERYTHING.

So honestly, they screw up orders constantly at this location. Have never had this issue at other ihop locations. They constantly forget toppings, you select certain ingredients you don't want in your food yet they still put it in there, had strawberry banana pancakes "bananas were hard and crunchy" This location is a joke compared to the other locations. Out of 4 meals, only one was correct. So if this place goes bye bye, I won't miss it

Such a disappointment. Waited so long to be served our food, and when served the hasbrowns was the size of my palm, and cold. This place legitimately sucks and I wish I didn't waste my money I was so hungry.

This was a terrile experience. Me and 2 of my friends waitedd for 10 mins to be seated just so the staff can tell us that it's a 15 minute wait when there were clearly numerous tables that were prepped and open. We were courteous and asked to be seated and the host said we can't (with alteleast 7 tables open.) I hate to play this card but we were all black. And we definitely felt disrespected.

We waited about 45 mins for our food . There’s no manager there . There’s a few problems . Cooks aren’t trained . No manager on site .
This place is possibly the worse run restaurant I have ever seen. Went in for an interview. One table in the whole place. Everything on tables greasy and not cleaned. Told to come at 1. Waited and finally district manager comes out looking completely disheveled and tells me he told someone to call be back and tell me 2. No one did. He is the district manager which in of it self is sort of disturbing. He then tells me after 20 minutes waiting for him that this won't work which I'm sorry to say I laughed. IHOP needs to fix the manager problems and maybe the restaurants would run smoother?

Came to IHOP around 9:40pm ready to order. I asked if they were doing dine in or take out which was fine with either.
Staff told me grill is already off. 20 minutes before closing.
They need to update their hours to close sooner then turn off equipment as soon as the time hits. Not before.
Shutting down or close earlyer than time posted will most definitely lose business and deter customers from coming at night.

We had a superb breakfast here. Everyone was super friendly and the service was lovely. Definetly will be returning to try more of their menu! The app pay and go is super fun and dig this as an option to leave on our schedule.
