What stood out to me and that prompted me to write this was the outstanding customer service that Kayci shared with me. I actually had a handful of questions and she patiently and professionally answered each one. She is an asset to any establishment that she works with and I was lucky to have crossed paths with her.
I wanted to try a lotus today but couldn’t decide what flavor I wanted. So I ask for them to surprise me. She gave me blue raspberry, coconut and blue lotus. It’s really good and I would buy it again!! I also got their turkey Gouda cranberry sandwich that was really yummy as well!
They work so hard to provide premium customer service. The manager is working so hard to always improve and listens to customers on ways to improve always.
