Went into the drive through at 11:30, ordered 2 burgers and 2 wraps, the person on headset kept cutting us off mid sentence. After finishing my order ,the man at the window was extremely rude, gave us ice on our drinks that we asked none for and was screaming and shouting to coworkers and whenever a new customer pulled in. Didnt say a single word to us and when we tried saying anything the window was closed

Got 1 item and made incorrectly. No big line to make it confusing. Called to ask for replacement and was told I ordered the wronge item. I asked 3x if it was the right way made at drive thru and window. Went to saars across the parkway and was not made to correct temperature and added wronge ingredients.

I wasn't too impressed with my first time at this location. My biggest complaint was the spicy chicken, stuffed jalepenos and chicken nuggets were all dirt-brown in color and tasted of dirty/old grease. Another set-back was an order of nuggets were forgotten, so we had to wait on those to cook after our order was 'ready'. Not sure what the problem was but there was only one person working the counter and the drive-thru while others were in the kitchen. I'll try it again but if the dirty oil thing is typical here I'll take my business elsewhere.

Took my family here for a treat. Food was good, ordered $40 of ultimate breakfast sandwiches and Oreo shakes. Value could be better but everywhere is going up. Very cold in dining room, I would bet 50 degrees, We tried to see if we could see our breath. We dropped a spoon on accident and when my wife went up to the counter, she was looked at several times but not acknowledged. I went to take her place and same thing, so we left. No one was rude outright, but no one enjoyed their jobs. A blonde haired kid with glasses was the only polite one, apologizing for the wait and bringing us our shakes to the table. This store needs a high energy team leader and maybe some team building skills. I will be back but not sure I will take my family with. Turn on the heat in dining room a little please, and have staff smile more. Cheers!

Like any other Jack in the box. They stay open late. Be careful late at night bc sometimes people go there that are drunk and yes they are driving. Cops tend to watch it at night for drunk drivers.
Good food, but they mess up a lot, I asked for their new (RED) Monster tacos plain and I got regular tacos. And often when you ask for taco sauce they give you a very very small amount. And also their prices are really expensive, 4$ for one drink. I can get a drink for 1.25$ at McDonald's.

First time eating at a Jack in the Box location and can say I was not particularly impressed. I ordered the bacon swiss buttery jack combo (way overpriced in my opinion). The burger was dripping grease and came wrapped in a grease puddle in the wrapping. I had to use napkins to soak up all the grease. I think there was only 1 small slice of bacon broken in half on top. The curly fries were good; hot and crispy. The restaurant itself was dimly lit and far from clean. I think there was only 1 table in the whole place that looked like it had been wiped down or cleaned and we were the only people eating there. The bathrooms could use a good scrubbing, too. Not worth eating here again.

they give you an attitude if you don’t order quick enough in the drive thru, I had to change my whole order because they told me they couldn’t sell me the new Snoop’s box because they ran out of brownies and without the brownie they couldn’t sell it.
