From the first call I made to discuss a catering order, I received the best service possible - friendly, responsive and efficient. The manager went over and above to ensure a great experience. Would highly recommend this business.

$30 for a sandwich, chips and a soda, out of my price range...

You lika da juice? Hot sandwiches are waxy even with provolone. And the meats for the hot sandwiches are overly processed. Get yourself the club and get da juice. You like da juice! Ice cream soda and root beer

Online orderer my sandwich from Mt. Vernon but I accidentally sent it to the Oak Harbor Jersey Mikes. They called me hours later since I hadn't picked it up. They still had it 6 hours later and even made me a new one

I ate here last Sunday December 1st and staff was polite, courteous and friendly. Service was quick. Sandwich was great. I’m a stickler for good customer service and I couldn’t not give this place 5 stars. I definitely recommend.

Picked up sandwiches to eat while watching baseball. #13 for husband, he said it was great. After reading a “What’s the best sandwich at Jersey Mike’s” online article I opted for their choice, the Club Sub (they said the bacon made all the difference). Got home to find no bacon on my sub. Staff was nice and friendly but I should have been watching what they were doing instead of chatting I guess.

CHANGE YOUR DAMN GLOVES!!!!You need a food handlers permit to work here. So your employees should know ALL ABOUT FOOD SAFETY. Change out your damn gloves. The employee today was touching pens,register,little credit card chip reader pad then without changing his gloves went on to touch and cut sandwiches. Basically whoevers sandwiches he touched got all sorts of cross contamination. The sub was really gross too. Portabella Philly. ?
