Absolutely delicious food with good portion sizes. We gobbled up the spring rolls before I thought to take a photo but they were amazing. The pho was seasoned perfectly and made with whatever spice level you request. The pineapple rice was absolutely delicious! We are eating the leftovers for dinner just after eating it for lunch. Highly recommend!

We have been dining at 123 Thai Oak Harbor for the past 9 years. I have always been happy with this restaurant until today. The prices have climbed steadily over the years to the point that 2 dish’s plus a make it a combo cost $35.44 (basil basil chicken $13.90 + emperors cashew chicken $12.65 + $5.99 make it a combo, then tax $2.90 = $35.44).
