Absolutely delicious food with good portion sizes. We gobbled up the spring rolls before I thought to take a photo but they were amazing. The pho was seasoned perfectly and made with whatever spice level you request. The pineapple rice was absolutely delicious! We are eating the leftovers for dinner just after eating it for lunch. Highly recommend!
It has been a few weeks since I have been able to eat at 1-2-3 Thai! Hands down, this is THE BEST, MOST AUTHENTIC Thai on all of Whidbey Island. I have gone around and tried the Pad Thai at each of the other local locations (including a place with the dish as it’s name!) and without question, 1-2-3 Thai is the best. The tamarind sauce on their pad thai is unmatched and SO delicious!!!! (None of that nasty ketchup sauce the other places use.)

Went in yesterday and got the level 5 pad thai and it was the best I’ve ever had. Got a small carton of white rice to add to it for just $1. Their portions are huge! I’ll be back
