I'm not sure the order of priority for them, but I've ordered a couple times on the app and it's never ready at the time it says it should be. I've even gone in later than it says and they haven't even started on it. The place was pretty empty too. I like the food but the service needs work.

Impressed with the food, impressed with the cleanliness, and impressed with the staff. I have always felt welcome and staff are always kind, working hard, and representing the store/brand. I also learned that the Oak Harbor restaurant is a place that provides second chances. I'm a regular and come here at least 2x a week. Now I've been hit with covid and can't come in person.I called in because im using the app to order for the first time and it's not letting me apply my shore points.the guy I talked to kept talking over me assuming he knew why I was calling (he was wrong by the way) he was extremely rude, and dismissive. You could tell he just wanted me to get off the phone and had zero intention of helping me. Not only did he not answer my question, when I tried to make an order he said no!Again, I've called many times and had great people do that for me before, no problem. Especially since someone would come get it so I could use my points.I've never experienced anything but fantastic customer service in the past. They have always gone above and beyond, even customizing my orders over the phone and everything.Im extremely sad to have to leave a bad review, but because of this interaction with this employee, I have to admit I don't think I'll be coming back here for a long time.

My gentleman friend, Richard, is a fast-food aficionado; I am not so much, but this Jersey Mike's, the owner \\u0026 his employees have my undying devotion \\u0026 appreciation. We waltzed in about 7 mins. prior to closing - they greeted us with open arms \\u0026 couldn't have been any nicer. Richard had a wonderful sub, \\u0026 they fixed me a delicious salad. Then they offered us all the remaining cookies that they had, explaining that they're required to make fresh cookies every morning \\u0026 wanted us to have the numerous ones remaining. Sandor, Jessy \\u0026 Monse' were so sweet \\u0026 friendly \\u0026 then introduced us to the owner, Jaime, Sandor's dad. If you're in the Oak Harbor area, please give them a try. Very few options for the price point. The guy slicing sandwiches and running the cash register was wiping his nose with his hands and then touching sandwiches. I didn't want to pay for my food or take it home with me after seeing that but I also didn't wanna be a "Karen" so I just paid and left. Super disappointing experience.
