Went in the other day with a close friend of mine. Oh my god. It was pirate themed! This was the coolest place I've ever been too on the island! SO cool to find out hey have a rotating themed thing going for them. It's such a fun place, and the coffee is amazing (although I wasn't fond of the ice cream. But admittedly I'm picky with that). Still giving this place 5 stars. The ambiance, the idea behind the cafe, and the lovely folks who work there, really make this a trip well worth it.

Everything we tried was sooooo good! Their baked goods will not disappoint. We got the “Davy Jones,” “Island Bar,” and “Sea Biscuit,” all of them were delicious. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re on the island!

Finally made it to Mad Batter Bakehouse in downtown Oak Harbor. The theme was Pirates of the Caribbean and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere was fantastic and so fun. The drinks were fun names and so tasty but the treats were over the top. The baked goods were scrumptious and large sized. Such a fun experience with my daughter's. Will definitely go back to try and ice cream treat.

What a fun and quaint coffee shop! The coffee was amazing and well worth the wait. We definitely didn’t mind waiting because the atmosphere was apathetically pleasing with the Pirates of Caribbean theme for August! They change themes every month :) I can’t wait till my next trip to Oak Harbor… I wonder what the theme for the month will be then?!!

What a unique and amazing place! I visited today for the first time during their Fairytale theme, and felt like I'd stepped into a wonderland of magical decor. The imaginatively-created drinks and treats in keeping with the theme are so much fun and it's hard to choose from so many beautifully-presented items. Everyone was there so friendly and I can't wait to go back and see what spell-binding ideas they come up with next!
