Fail to actually deliver to address. Drops pizza off at wrong house and then claims they turned off the oven and won’t make another pizza- wasted my time ordering with then.

***Lied about the ability to deliver to my home address. NAS WHIDBEY*** Received pizza 3 weeks prior without issue. Upon ordering tonight, was given changing excuses to avoid the delivery. I have sympathy for the time, 30 minutes before close, but strongly disliked the immediate lie given to avoid taking the order.

The last 3 times I've ordered online I have gotten the wrong order.
Twice I ordered a Tuscan veggie with ranch ranch and got red sauce both times.
This last time I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni.
I received a half cheese and half pepperoni with no extra toppings.
I don't think I will order from here again

If I could I would give this place no stars! The pizza I got was burnt and the wings I also got tasted bad like it was old. I ended up throwing everything because we couldn’t eat them. I should have just bought pizza from Safeway and cooked it at home. Never again!

The pizza was fresh but not very good. It’s definitely not like the old days. The cinnamon dessert was pretty good but the regular pepperoni pizza has really lost a step.

I bought pizza here and it was extremely bland and mediocre. Very disappointed by the food! The guy at the counter was kind of passive aggressive also.

Tried to pay a bill of $50 when my order was almost $40 and they wouldn’t accept it bc of counterfeight money and they said they can check it but don’t like the money in the drawer I had to go to another store just to break it. I almost cancelled my order.

their quality went down badly. i can literally count the pepperoni and meatballs just by looking at it. one slice of pizza literally has only one meatball in it. LOW QUALITY dough. IF DOLLAR TREE HAS A PIZZA, IT WILL BE PAPA JOHNS. I used to love papa johns. im definitely switching

The service was fine. No problems. We reveived exactly what we ordered, no complaints. The pizza is just not very good.

Terrible meaty pizza with very little tiny meats, very burnt. I called and said I had pictures,was told how did he know it was there’s. I said I’ll bring you the pizza.I showed the clerk he says what’s wrong with it,I said it’s burnt and told to bring it back and ask for another clerk Steve who gave me a refund.I’ll never go back

My husband ordered for delivery and as I was eating my pepperoni pizza, I noticed that the crust tasted off and sure enough, as soon as I looked at the bottom this is what it looked like! I wonder if this is why my husband’s stomach has been bothering him since dinner….
In addition to this, PLEASE tell your drivers that they don’t need to ring a doorbell 3 times in a row. I have a ring doorbell that your driver chose to ignore and it set off my dog.
Papa John’s used to be the best but now they’re not even worth calling pizza.
