Not the best Starbucks I've been to. Drinks are not consistent, which makes it a waste of money. Quality and care is definitely lacking at this location.

I recently stopped at this Starbucks during a road trip, hoping to take a short break from driving. As a loyal customer for several years, I’ve always appreciated the welcoming environment Starbucks offers. The store was empty, so I sat down to rest. However, an employee informed me that, per their new policy, seating is reserved for paying customers. While I understand she was following company guidelines, I was disappointed by this experience.

Great place to warm up

Nice location right off the highway. The drive thru is a good size as is the seating area in this Starbucks. Its dedication to service members is a nice touch. Great tasting banana walnut bread!

They paid more attention to the mobile orders then to acutal people who were waiting to order

Last time I was in there the service was horrible. Two young girls working the counter, not friendly at all. When you specifically tell them you have your own cup & the one girl continues to put the coffee in a different venti cup. The girls didn't know the products at all when it came to the food. I stop at this location on my way back to the ferry but looks like I will find a different location to stop at.

Please ask people if they need cream or sugar upon ordering. Makes it frustrating for both barista n client to have to be interrupted. Especially, if barista is stating even regulars ask. Customer experience... provide a head it's a win win.

To preface this, I was a Starbucks employee for many years. There is a barista promise policy. If your drink is not to your tasting, you can ask it to be remade. I ordered a latte this morning, with customizations it came out to a whopping $8.57. Of course, if something is off I'm going to ask for it to be fixed. I was met with so much resistance, that's okay I've been there. Upon leaving, I swear there was no espresso in my drink. I went back inside and profusely apologized for the inconvenience. But again, $9. The barista who made my drink both times informed me I was wrong and she did add espresso, and if she were to remake it- it would taste the same. Okay then, I will take my drink as it sits, and take the word of the barista because I am not about to get in an argument over a cup of coffee. The barista was shorter, dark hair and glasses. Was working 7/17 at 8am. I worked the opening shift for years, I remember how frustrating it could be. But I never let that frustration show to my fellow partners, and customers. Just left a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully a supervisor or manager sees this and can have a coaching conversation with the individual. Also, put two people in drive. It gets annoying watching the baristas try to talk to you and take an order at the same time. It leaves no room for them to connect with you, which is a huge mission of Starbucks. It feels like cattle being pushed through the drive thru. Anyways, rant over I just felt so disappointed.

Most expensive Starbucks in Washington so far. I pay $5.48-5.72 for my reg at any other Starbucks. It's nearly a dollar more here. Such a ripoff.

They are amazing, love all the baristas especially the late shift people. My favorite has to be Brooke, she knows how to make a grilled cheese.
