Weird day at Starbucks yesterday. First off, when I ordered my latte I was informed that they had no non-fat milk. Secondly, we pulled a coffee mug off of a shelf that said 50% off and it rang up at full price. The girl said oh those are not on sale.... well then they shouldn't be on the 50% off shelf. Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich which was very tasty but cheese only on 1/2. I had to turn the bread upside down on one piece to make it all be right! Asked for a cup if...
Read through some of the reviews- kind of a shame that the store manager hasn’t picked up on them yet. When they take your order they are either not paying attention- or just make assumptions. A blended white mocha is a coffee….. serving a white chocolate frap has no espresso…. Getting two drinks that were ordered with an extra shot, I don’t even know how this was missed. This is frustrating, especially when you’re already watching mobile orders take a precedence…....
Nice location right off the highway. The drive thru is a good size as is the seating area in this Starbucks. Its dedication to service members is a nice touch. Great tasting banana walnut bread!
