We have been coming here for 7 years and the staff in the building and the drive through are always amazing and kind and friendly. We haven’t had an issue if a hamburger had something on it wasn’t suppose to they fix it and are quick and kind. I would like thank Wendy’s for having options for families that’s reasonable ! 4 for $5 is the best deal for fast food around. Thank you to the managers and staff !!

So I was just at Wendy’s in oak harbor and I’d like to say I asked for a Plain Jr bacon cheese burger biggie bag and then a jr bacon cheese burger plain and they gave me both burgers with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo. I’m allergic to tomatoes and mayo. I can’t believe they couldn’t do their job properly.

0/10 in all aspects. Food is cold 99% of the time everytime we order, our last 3 orders were AWFUL. Fries genuinely COLD to the touch, sandwiches smashed all to hell and not even remotely assembled with care. Last time eating here unfortunately, and we are a family of 6 who loves wendys(USUALLY!) ? 10/10 HORRIBLY disappointing.

The food wasn't too bad. Service was pleasant. However they didn't have a single napkin in the building. A little bit difficult to eat a hamburger and fries without a single napkin. Especially for kids. The service person said someone forgot to order them. There was a Safeway right next door, and the manager could have used a little initiative and gone over there himself and bought some to get by as a courtesy to his customers until he corrected his oversight.
food was pretty good! love my spicy nugs. sage who took my order in the drive thru was great! effy who was at the window was abrasive when handing me my food and taking my payment. he brought my experience down significantly.
