Really good coffee! I got mine just black and was not disappointed!

I go to other Whidbey coffee locations quite frequently and I won't be going to this location again. Staff was nice however 3 out of 4 were incorrect. I was in a hurry and didn't try my drinks till I was down the road. What I ordered: Iced white mocha Black n white espresso milkshake Double blonde dirty chai Caramel macchiato What I got: Dark mocha (got this one fixed right away, because it was obvious) White chocolate frappe with no espresso Chai with no espresso Carmel macchiato

Went here two days in a row and out of those 4 drinks we got only one of them was correct (after my wife had to ask them to fix one). was charged for the two espresso shots on a dirty chai, just to receive zero coffee in it at the end. Both times we we in a rush to begin our travel, and the drive through line was long. Not sure what's been happening lately but we paid for a lot of coffee only to be let down and make us want to take our business somewhere else. Aside from this, the Staff was nice.

It is not often that I go out of my way to write a google review or even think to write one- but I couldn't help but get over the outstanding customer service this team of baristas collectively provided every day I came in for the week I visited the area. A few times I was even served at my table and each time with the kindest smile or brief conversation. They go the extra mile for you and it shows.
P.S. Don't hesitate to try their banana chocolate chip loaf warmed or the garlic parmesan bagel toasted with cream cheese. YUM.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff were very pleasant, and the pastries are quite delicious. I've had a cappuccino a couple times and it was fine...but maybe I'll try the drip coffee next time. We'll definitely be back!

Traveled to Oak Harbor and stopped at Whidbey. Drink was great, staff was sweet and the atmosphere made you want to hang out awhile.
We got a latte and a chai tea and honestly not the best. The milk tasted abit burnt and not tasty at all. So disappointed as we wanted to not use the big dogs.
