They had a lot of online/pick up orders so it took 18 minutes to get my food. They worked quickly to get orders out, but they had a lot of them.

Last night I ordered a 30 piece combo meal for my husband and I to share. I paid extra for all flats. We didn’t get all flats like I paid for. If I pay for something I better get what I paid for the first time. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE ! Employees are so lazy. I ordered our food at 11:10 and they close at 12 which means it wasn’t that long til they started closing next time I better have all flats if I paid for it.

I walked in about an hour ago today to get lunch. There's 6 employees & I'm stuck directly behind a lady complaining for several minutes that her order is wrong. Instead of just 1 of the other 5 employees coming up front, I was forced to wait to place an order. Several minutes later it's my turn to order. I placed my order, I PAID for my order. They eventually told me it will be at least a 20 minute wait for my simple order of wings & fries. Why??? There's someone slowly filling the ice dispenser instead of helping with orders... I have a 30 minute lunch break, so i was forced to walk out without eating anything & didn't get a refund. It was unbelievable how slow everything ran there. Never will I return here again.

Call and order…there’s no point ordering on an app and coming later than the due date just to sit down and wait an extra 10 minutes. Service needs improvement. Please and thanks.

Making an edit- after ordering; I ordered Cajun fries- with extra seasoning- the seasoning was nowhere to be found and the portion wasn’t even enough to cover up the wrapping paper.
Disappointed with this restaurant and the employees should have fewer conversations and be more prepared in the back.

Went here at 10:30 on Sunday, 06/15. Was told the lobby was closed, despite an employee saying that they could seat us, we were forced order Togo so we decided to take our business elsewhere. Have been coming here for months and don’t think I’ll return again, Applebees will be my new late night spot.

Here foods are great. However, it feels like forcing to order. I tried to order 6 pieces only but there system got set as 10 pcs. There system needs to be fixed. I asked employees about it but they also said that they don't know why. How should I file complaint about system issue?

I was craving some fried chicken so I ordered through the app from the Keybank down the road. I arrived early and let them know I was there to pick up an order for Nick. They told me they were waiting on fries so it would be another 3-4 minutes. Cool.

I sit down with my drink and whip out my phone, expecting to be called up when it was ready. I wasn’t, so I sat there for like 10 minutes. Finally I get up and ask about my food. It was ready…just wish they would have called me up when it was done so it would be hot when I got home.

Overall, the food was tasty. As a buffalo enjoyer, I definitely liked their original sauce.

I can report feeling sick to the stomach a day or so after eating there, though, so I’m not sure they’ve fixed their issues. It definitely wasn’t any other food I ate, either, since everything after that was normal and safe for me.

After we ordered our food, one of the employees delivered our food to our table, and casualty mentioned that they didn't have any move forks. My wings came with a side of fries, so I asked if they had any ketchup. I handed 2 pc packets and told they had no more. I asked for a side of blue cheese in substitute and was told that they would charge me for that side. I asked, "You want to charge me for a side of blue cheese even though your store is out of ketchup?" Then another employee puffed up his chest (I think to trying to be intimidating). Needles to say, I will not be going back to this wingstop.
