I was craving some fried chicken so I ordered through the app from the Keybank down the road. I arrived early and let them know I was there to pick up an order for Nick. They told me they were waiting on fries so it would be another 3-4 minutes. Cool.
I sit down with my drink and whip out my phone, expecting to be called up when it was ready. I wasn’t, so I sat there for like 10 minutes. Finally I get up and ask about my food. It was ready…just wish they would have called me up when it was done so it would be hot when I got home.
Overall, the food was tasty. As a buffalo enjoyer, I definitely liked their original sauce.
I can report feeling sick to the stomach a day or so after eating there, though, so I’m not sure they’ve fixed their issues. It definitely wasn’t any other food I ate, either, since everything after that was normal and safe for me.

After we ordered our food, one of the employees delivered our food to our table, and casualty mentioned that they didn't have any move forks. My wings came with a side of fries, so I asked if they had any ketchup. I handed 2 pc packets and told they had no more. I asked for a side of blue cheese in substitute and was told that they would charge me for that side. I asked, "You want to charge me for a side of blue cheese even though your store is out of ketchup?" Then another employee puffed up his chest (I think to trying to be intimidating). Needles to say, I will not be going back to this wingstop.

Please, please, turn the music down. Neither me nor the cashier could hear each other and I ended up with the spiciest wings and I have no spice tolerance. I was starving and broke though, so I ate them in horror and misery. Most painful experience of my entire life.
Some other things were rough but I don't think the staff gets paid enough to do better so it's whatever.

My husband and I are new to oak harbor. We got here last year in May. I had wingstop for the first time being back in the states. That same night I became very sick, it started with my stomach bubbling and then cold sweats, begin to feel very nauseous and threw up after I went number two… (I know TMI ). I was so traumatized that I said I won’t eat at wingstop ever again. Fast forward to now. As of last night, my husband decided to get wingstop even though I told him my experience. Well guess what…. He became nauseous and threw up last night and had a head ache. So whatever yall got going on at wingstop yall need to fix it or just close down. Like something over there needs to be inspected.

For the first time ever, I felt welcome to be inside. The order guy was so sweet. First time we weren't sent to the car to wait on my order. Might end up being worth the expense!
