This place is no longer open during the week at all. Had a large group of coworkers with me, and we came here for lunch and found out that the establishment no longer is open except for Sunday. They should update their Google maps account to reflect their current schedule so it doesn't inconvenience patrons.***Edited***The hours have been properly updated to reflect the current hours. If you're looking for the BEST ever family owned and run Italian deli, restaurant and catering, Zanini's is it %! Mama, her daughters and staff make you feel like part of the family that just arrived for lunch or dinner from the moment you walk in the door even if it's five minutes to closing as we did. Zanini's serves high quality Italian cuisine of massive proportions and their olive oil lemon cake is to die for and I don'tlike any lemon dessert, not to mention one serving is dessert for 3-4 people, as are their entree servings. I can't say enough about these phenomenal hard working women, their 5-star quality ingredients & food, daily specials, versatile menu, kindness, and caring in their love for what they do, for their customers and the entire community shows in everything they do. Lastly I have to comment on how meticulous their cafe and most importantly their kitchen is spotless. As my grandma would say, when the space is so clean you can eat off the floors you know the foods going to be mucho' gusto!!! From a person who rarely gives 5-star reviews because I've got such high standards in where and what I eat, whatever your preference in Italian food, you won't be disappointed.

We really enjoy the dishes we get from Zanini's. Lots of flavor, a good mix of spices. Jackie is a great Italian cook, and she and her staff are friendly and helpful.

Unbelievable food and service! Auntie Jackie immediately made us feel like a part of the family and went above and beyond! The Italian sub was to die for and the pasta salad is a must! Even the lemon cake is out of this world. You can almost feel the love in every bite at this must-experience deli in Oak Harbor. We will definitely be returning soon!

I went in for the first time this week and immediately felt so welcome. The staff all seem happy and friendly. We were warned the portions were big, but we had no idea they would be soooo big. We ended up splitting a sub and still had to get a to-go box. Im not complaining though! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was positively charming, and the people were so sweet. Will definitely be going back!

Best Italian food, ever! Jackie, is the real deal! If you want authentic Italian it's Zanini's! If there were ten stars here, I would give her that! Jackie, is a kind, sweetheart, of a person, she really does make her food with love! Her spaghetti with meat sauce is my absolute favorite! I just keep ordering that one! She has a lot of awesome, dishes! I've had the ? meat ball sandwich too,. It's delicious! My husband and I split that one, with some left over. It will satisfy the hearty, appetite, for sure!
I had a cup of the roasted red pepper soup and the junior size lasagna with a garlic knot. The size of each was plentiful for me. The lasagna was a rich red sauce with layers of meat, cheeses, and noodles and was really delicious. The garlic knot was fresh, soft and coated with garlic butter. In addition, the chef/owner came out to ensure I liked everything and offered me an Italian shortbread cook. I will definitely return with my family. It’s easy to pick up to take home with parking right in front of the entrance.

The lemon cake & focaccia are fabulous! I love they deli case items and that they have hot yummy homemade soups. All the ladies working there are SO nice and friendly and make you feel so welcome. Great place!

Delicious lunch at Zanini's. We had sandwiches and salads and they were amazing...but just as good was the stellar service! The focaccia is to die for!!! We'll definitely be back!

My co worker and I stopped in to get lunch to go. I travel all over Washington and part of Oregon for work. Ive had Italian sandwiches from all over. The Italian sub I got here was by far the best one I've ever had.The meat tasted fresh, the bread was perfectly toasted with zero hard pieces and very fresh tasting. The tomatoes tasted like they were freshly cut, not like pre sliced ones. Absolutely perfect. My coworker loved his meatball sub and the marinara. We both liked the pasta salad. The canolis were the best I've had in decades. My co worker had never had one before. He says he'll definitely buy them again. The owner was very passionate and inviting. I will definitely stop in here again next time I pass through. Highly recommend you try this place out!

We stopped here for lunch based on the reviews and are absolutely in agreement. Believe the reviews! Excellent Italian deli options and done right. I’m convinced my Italian grandmother would be impressed, as well (God rest her soul). Only caution would be to bring a friend if you plan on tackling the meatball sandwich. ;) On top of the great food you’ll find kind and attentive service. If you’re in the mood for Italian, just go!
