Mycovio's is in my opinion one of the best places to eat in the Pacific North West. And please take it from me because I've been all over the PNW! Chef Paul insists on the very finest & freshest ingredients and he only seats about 14 at a time so, it's a very personal dining experience including Chef Paul visiting every table! Such a great experience! Everyone is so nice and the vibes are very homey and comfortable. I usually don’t like bruschetta but theirs was amazing, and I was blown away by the spaghetti I got, packed with veggies and flavor! It really felt like eating at your favorite family member’s house.
