The owner and her crew gave us the full white glove service to ensure our fish was frozen solid and packaged appropriately for the long, hot trip home. I took in 2 same size halibut between 17 to 20 pound,when I came home it was much smaller fish and older. I normally clean my self but my ice chest was too small so I let them clean. They have change their old and small fish with mine. Disgrace and no respect for public. Don't use them. I drove two and half hours to get there and spent ten hours on the boat to catch one halibut and they stole it. Bunch of low life.

Used sea breeze charter for our fishing trip they highly recommend tre fin to process our catch, I was completely satisfied on how my fish was taken care of, I even decided to join there csf program and have fresh fish sent to me, great staff and excellent service

Disrespectful to customers, overcharges on processing, only provides you 40% of your fish, limited processing options. They act this way because their only competition closed its doors.

Horrible customer service. Front counter attendant mocked customers when they asked to trade in their 1 fish. Save yourself the trouble and just take your fish to go. Very unprofessional
