I stopped in, unscheduled, asking for 15 pounds of fresh tuna belly and loin. They showed me their fish processing center and how it is properly stored. They had the tuna belly in stock, letting me inspect it before buying it. They also helped me bag and place the fresh fish on shaved ice, ensuring it was properly sealed and in my cooler for the long ride home. Excellent quality and friendly service. Erin and Amy crushed it for us! We had a larger group that didn't fit the usual profile (flying to Hawaii in a few hours). The owner and her crew gave us the full white glove service to ensure our fish was frozen solid and packaged appropriately for the long, hot trip home. We travel the world fishing for work and pleasure and this outfit ranks among the top for processing.

Seafood is vacumn sealed and frozen making it easy to take home and use of store for later. Very clean shop and friendly staff.
Street parking was easy and they are easy to find.
It looked like they were also carrying fishing rods for deep sea fishing, not sure if they are for sale or for their own boat(s).
