The food was not well cooked. The food was cold or tasted like it was just warmed in the microwave. The staff lacked in communication and time management towards the costumers. We were waiting for our food for more than 15 minutes.
The food is sometimes undercooked and probably got order wrong or forgot part of order, but the works are amazing especially the drive through and they always give my dog a pup-cup and never charge for extra sauce. They always are kind and never short or rude when they are busy and you forgot to tell them you need sauce or another straw. I barely never go inside it's very blaaahhh.
One guy running everyone, working hard, doing everything. Other 2 employees didnt even know where they were. No help whatsoever. Drive thru order was wrong. Had to go in and get it corrected. Main guy took care of it and apologized.
