Our favorite spot for food and drinks when we visit the Shores. Staff works their tail off to provide fast and friendly service and the food is great. It’s always poppin. Don’t forget an oyster shooter!

Food is great, people are awesome and atmosphere is very lively! Staff is so nice and accommodating. People talking, having fun and having a great time. Love that everyone is out and about on a Sunday night.

We are in from out of town and tried to go here for lunch. Place has good reviews and there was a menu item I wanted to try.

I was met on the porch with the hostess and told it was 21 over, as I was reading the sign on the door. Then I asked if I could at least order takeout and we’d leave but were completely refused service. We do have dietary restrictions and they have the most friendly menu I could find online for those restrictions in Ocean Shores, so very disappointed. I’ve never been somewhere they would even deny you takeout service because you have a child. I’ve been to bars where they are full service until 8 or 9pm and there are separate areas but because they said they serve alcohol none of the establishment is available to under 21. Most restaurants serve alcohol and have minors in the establishment. We ended up at the grocery store for a picnic supplies on the beach, works for us in the end but I wouldn’t support a place like this.

We had the club and the prime rib dip both were super good! The ladies bartending/serving were very sweet as well as all the patrons! Will be back for sure (:

Food was great I had the chicken straps and fries serving is more than I could eat. Price was reasonable staff was so friendly. I will definitely go again

The special was meatloaf the portion was humongous and it tasted amazing!!

This is THE BEST bar anywhere near Ocean Shores or (in my opinion) the PNW. Anytime I need to stop after a really hard shift in the local ED they are such an uplifting morning- best service, breakfast (even when I ask it to be burnt!) after a good shift or the worst ever if I stop at Porthole it is beyond par an amazing experience- above par!!!

Food was really greasy and some of it very bland and other very salty. 2 people 1 drink 1 beer a burger dip and a fish and chips and tab came to over $65. Went to pay with credit card and the tip area starts at 20% nothing less.

All around excellent experience. Attentive server, Katie. Great food, amazing chowder. Perfect birthday lunch❤

Great food, drinks and staff. Never a disappointment. Their live music (Deerswerver) is awesome too.

Staff and food (that we got) was pleasant. Two messed up orders and no receipt to verify those mistakes makes me not want to go again.

Yesterday, we brought our dog Dixon to Porthole Pub Bar & Grill for lunch.
What the staff didn't know was that it would be his last day with us.
They welcomed him onto the front deck, brought out a fresh pitcher of ice water and filled a dog bowl just for him. His chicken breast was cooked perfectly and served on his own plate. He was treated with kindness, patience, and respect from the moment we arrived.
To the staff, it was probably just another dog enjoying lunch with his family. To us, it became one of our final memories with a dog who meant the world to us.
Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness leave the biggest mark. Dixon got to spend part of his last day enjoying the ocean air, a good meal, and the company of people who made him feel welcome.
Thank you for helping make his final day special, even though you never knew it was. That memory is one we will carry with us forever.
