This was easily one of the best French dips I have ever had. Staff was incredibly welcoming. Food and service was absolutely amazing. As someone from out of state, my partner and I felt completely welcome and at home.
The food was great. We got the fish and chips and the biscuits and gravy. Both were delicious. The fries are some of the best I’ve had.
The vibe was less desirable. The place itself had a swarm of flys in it. I’m talking like 10 flys all buzzing around the main room. The music in the place is also very loud. Which is normal for a bar, but we went around 12 on a Thursday and it was hard to have a conversation without raising our voices.

In the future I would go here for drinks and a truly local vibe that is fun and authentic. Very friendly staff, good music, ppl seem really nice, cool atmosphere for a bar but I can’t say I recommend the food.
