Shilo Restaurant Ocean Shores

room was filthy, no towels, no clean bedding. dirty coffee cups, bathtub full of sand. The reception desk could care less. I will be posting pictures

They were friendly, when tgere was a concern they handled it efficiently .I had a quite room ,and some of the best rest I have had in a long time . thank you

The restaurant is closed... vending machines are hit and miss if they are working... there was some disgusting sludge floating around in the hottub... cracked tiles all around in the pool area... no screens on the windows, so you can't really leave them open at all. 3rd floor single king with ocean view. P.S. they don't tell you the restaurant is closed until you completely check in, and they mention that wifi is spotty at the same time.

CLOSED. We have had repeated visits to Ocean Shores and this placed has been closed. The hotel clerk said they are trying to find someone to lease it.Closed

My other and I got engaged here. Sad to see it closed. Appreciate the now, as change is always coming.

this trashy hotel needs to be gutted. beds are warn out wallpaper is tacky and peeling. they still have the old box TV's. stay away

This place has closed permanently. Shilo Inn needs to remove it from their website, as well as other amenities no longer offered.

They were putting up the "For Lease" sign on Monday, April 19, 2021. It would have been nice if that had be mentioned before we arrived for our stay.

Great views and spacious.

This was as once a really great Hotel. The location and views are outstanding. The rooms, decks and pungent smell of marijuana aren’t so great. Floors were filthy. Walls dirty. Wear shoes inside because you’ll step in food by a chair etc. in much need of repairs. Front desk people could be a bit friendlier too! I most likely won’t stay again.

Its looks like you're walking into bad episode of Miami Vice. Dirty rooms, no linens for the hide a bed, dust everywhere, greasy carpets.. Felt out of place without a meth pipe. Most definitely not kid friendly. My kids were on their tablets on the couch at 10pm, I was sleeping and they called about the noise. They also admitted to listening to us in our rooms by putting their ear to our door. Creepy. On a positive note, there is a small TV in the bathroom. So you can watch while doing your business. I would recommend having some form of disinfectant so if you need to change the channel you don't get someone else's poo on your channel changing finger. Under no circumstances will I or my family ever use any Shilo ever again.

I was here in the winter, when the town had very few tourists, and it was pretty dead. I don't know if that impacts their menu or service. We had great service from the waitress. She was very friendly and attentive. Looking over the dinner menu, we decided to go back to our rental. It just wasn't inspiring when we reviewed the menu vs. prices vs. reviews other people left. The server, however, deserved 5 stars for being available without hovering.

room was dirty. had no amminities(coffee). had the pot. and sex toys were left in a drawer in the room and staff would no give us another room. booked it 5 months earlier. Had to check out and go to a different hotel. Staff was unwilling to work with us. wanted us to stay in a unclean room for a discount.
