The sushi is ok, but since the new owners took over the quality has dropped significantly. We have had fish too tough to bite, frozen squishy cucumber, over cooked soft shell crab, we still go because its the only sushi in town, but I have started to expect disappointment

We've been eating there for the last 5 plus years every time we come into town. This guy who originally owned it was a contestant on iron chef. The sushi was incredible before. Apparently the new owners bought it within the last couple years. Not to mention it was very expensive. I ordered a shrimp tempura roll. The shrimp tempera was cold, was not freshly made. The race wrapped in the seaweed tasted like it was sitting in the refrigerator for a while. It took 25 minutes...

We love the food here but they really seem to be struggling to make all the food in a timely manner. I think just one person is cooking and making Sushi. They close early if they want too. Long waits.
