Los Agaves | Mexican is a hidden gem located in the back of a Mexican market in Okanogan. The atmosphere features good decor and music, though the dining area is a little run down with the floor; however, everything is clean. The staff is bilingual, super friendly, and makes an effort to have small conversations. The food is authentic Mexican food, coming out hot and fresh. The Quesabirria tacos are the best, and every table has plenty of sauces and some salsa de árbol. The portions are generous. The drinks are excellent, and there is a refrigerated case with beers, sodas, and water. Some reviews note it can be expensive, but the food is delicious, authentic, and worth it, especially for bulk or special occasions. Prices are very reasonable compared to other areas. It is nothing fancy, but the food and care are very good.
