Had dinner after hike to Mt Constitution. Had to wait a bit, as I couldn’t get a reservation. But someone didn’t show up, so we got in. Great cocktails, has moderate beer collection and the food was excellent. Every thing was cooked to perfection.

The cocktails were perfectly crafted paired with a great dinner dish and friendly service. The ambiance really toped off the experience here! Was informed the dinner menu changes almost daily and now I can't wait to try it all.

I loved this spot. The food and coffee was excellent, and the location was beautiful. It's the kind of peaceful ideal cafe spot you imagine for a retreat spot. I would highly recommend the breakfast sandwich (and any espresso drink!).

Disappointing menu and service.
There was no service.
My friend got the piece of corn for $14.
i got the garbanzo beans for $19.
Our total with tip came to $43.
Later i ordered a cider on draft and it was delicious. But we had to walk up and order, which was difficult since both of us are disabled. The entire thing was ridiculous. The food was not good, and obviously trying to be hooty tooty, but way missing the mark.

They are not in a hurry here, so hopefully you are not in a hurry either.
Yummy spring risotto and seasonal rhubarb galette. Nice vibe and friendly service.

I have never felt such a cozy and beautiful atmosphere, the staff are so friendly and warm. They do a great job greeting everyone and checking in. I love it here, the way the windows look at over a sunny bay with great music playing this is definitely a site to behold. The names I was able to catch, Arthur, Evan, Bev and Brian know how to run this place. I am over the moon with the service and the food, I will highly hiiiighly recommend this place to all my friends visiting Orcas.

I don’t know what happened the night we came here, but this was one of the absolute worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. When we left, we told ourselves we just made $150 donation to a small business. We made reservations, but when we got there, it was pretty empty. The chicken we ordered had zero flavor, the risotto was cold and the only part of the meal that we actually felt ok about was the nut and olive appetizer. We didn’t end up eating much of our food (we are foodies so this isn’t normal). Our drinks were extremely weak. Everything was sooo expensive. It really felt like they ran out of food, it was so odd. This was the one expensive dinner we wanted to have, so for it to be so disappointing, especially with all the other good reviews, was shocking to say the least. We came here February 2023 and this experience has stuck with us ever since. I finally decided to write a review. I wish we would’ve said something that night, but it felt super awkward. We almost called to speak to a manager or owner or something the next day, but we just left it. But all other mediocre restaurant experiences we’ve had since then are by far better than the meal we had here. Our server was very nice though, so I’ll give them that.

Perfect spot for breakfast/dinner/snack with a delicious menu, great options for plant-based folks, and incredible coffee + tea curation. Front of house manager, Evan, was welcoming, warm, knowledgeable. Truly made our stay at Doe Bay that much better!

Very unique place to eat. Spent a day at this lovely resort when I went to visit my cousin who was a chef here. The vegetables are fresh and they have a beautiful place where they grow their vegetables and the eggs come from the chickens that they have on the land. Love the edible ?. The food is very creative and delicious.

Fraud & Theft BEWARE!!!!We stayed here 2/20/24 the brunette working that evening stole $60 from us. We were staying at Doe Bay to rehab my Achilles. We let her know we had a 20% off voucher she made us walk back to our room to get the voucher handed it to her to pay and she did not give us the 20% off AND because of the terribly rude experience and inconsiderate behavior I did NOT Tip. The total I wrote into the receipt was $151.21 she added $30 to the bill charging my account $181.21. So not only did she make me walk in my injured foot for a voucher she didn’t apply the voucher AND then decided to charge my account money that was not authorized!!! This place use to be a magical experience where we would come to disconnect from the city and heal our souls. Since we were ROBBED I did not feel comfortable eating breakfast or dinner there during the rest of our stay. I’m shocked and hate to say we will never return because of this awful selfishness and dishonestyBEWARE!!!!
