Sophie's Scoops is a hidden gem in Downtown Olympia. Definitely make the trip to try what Sophie has cooked up for you this week! I can't do dairy but I always make an exception for Sophie's Scoops!Definitely get a sundae, because their home made fudge sauce is incredible, their whip is home made and not too sweet, and their sprinkles are delicious! I know that sounds crazy but just trust me on this and try the sprinkles.
Definitely not the cheapest place to visit but if you go to the ice cream place they got real good ice cream the locust cider house is not the cheapest but the cider is amazing and they have a really good cantina have not visited the other establishments inside of the market yet would recommend if you were visiting downtown Olympia
