WOW! Worst visit EVER! While we were seated quickly and our server was super nice everything else was shameful! It took well over half an hour just for our apps (other tables that were sat after us got theirs looong before us) when it finally arrived it was cold… like chunky unheated cold! Then sometime much much later our food arrived… yup you guessed it.. COLD! My soup wasn’t even filled half full, part of the meal was missing, no sauces as requested and they completely botched my husband’s order and had to take it back…after waiting for another idk at this point a good half hour I had to ask a manager where is the order? .. then to end it off it took the server many tries to adjust the check to the correct items we ordered!! At the end I had two choices.. leave without speaking to a manager or potentially needing bail!!! Ps: I brought all my uneaten food home so I could eat it hot!

This place is my favorite Me and 4 of my friends went, and to start: there was an ant in one of their lemonade, frozen into the ice. And then when one of the entrees came out: the chicken quesadilla salad… it came with no chicken. And when the ant was brought to who I assume was the manager ( he was wearing a big red button down and I think his name was Tyler) he said “oh…okay… Sorry?” In a sassy tone. And all he did was get another drink for them.. ONLY AFTER HE WAS ASKED. And on another entree they replaced the broccoli with green beans with no notice. The server then left us alone for about 20 minutes after we were done eating. They had also forgotten one of my friend’s whole entrees until we said something about it. This whole night has been a series of unacceptable behavior. The ant was funny and accidents happen. However, there was no attempt to console us or make up for the ant being in the drink. All they did was bring another drink which, by the way, was already one that got free refills. There was no discount and barely an apology. Our waiter was an incredible beautiful man but I am so disappointed by the events that have unfolded. This location needs to do better. This would have NEVER happened to me at the Applebees on Sleater Kinney. I really shouldn't have to write a review like this. A little sympathy would’ve been nice. I may be contacting the health department about this one.

Order 2 steak meals and children meals. Steak was stringy and both raw and burnt. When asked they offered either to replace or remove in which they only took 10 dollars of the 30 dollar meal. Got food poisoning on top of that

Holiday shopping with mom from out of town and we decided we wanted to get drinks and the 2 for $25 deal to fuel us for the day. We headed to Applebee's and we we're met by a nice hostess who held the door open for us and made small talk, a waitress who was attentive and had great recommendations for food and shopping in the area and a manager who made sure all of our needs were taken care of while also being very comical and friendly. We each got the $6 Christmas Margaritas and they were AMAZING. I didn't have high hopes for mine but whoever made this drink knew what they were doing. We ordered the Artichoke appetizer, then each ordered the 4 Cheese Mac and Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders for an upgrade of $3 per meal. It was worth every cent. I haven't been to Applebee's in a long time since I live by the coast and don't make it to Olympia or live anywhere near one but I will absolutely be back to this location in the near future. I generally prefer to go to ethnic food when I'm in a city but we took a chance on something different and more relaxing and I'm glad we did. I really loved my experience here and so did my mom.

Zion was awesome ! & the trio apps are amazing

The 2 for $22.00 always makes a great lunch. Drinks aren't bad either. Tried the 3 for 14.99 today and it was about 2/3rds of an app. Tip your tenders well like I do and get great service as well.

Me and my family have gone to eat at Apple bees several times in the past but this last time we didn’t even order anything and they went above and beyond my expectations. Picture this, running errands around Olympia with a tired and hungry 1 year old. Now don’t get me wrong we did all the things we were supposed to like pack snacks, fruit pouches, and milk. But my daughter being the spoiled princess she is decided she did not like cold milk. Granted it was her first time ever having milk cold but after trying it she had a full on meltdown. Screaming and throwing her bottle for over 30 min. After already being turned away from one place with them stating “Sorry that’s not our problem” we were feeling pretty desperate as home is over an hour away. But then we thought let’s just try Apple bees we would even be willing to buy hot water just anything to warm the milk. The server was so kind and understanding! She brought out a cup of hot water on the house for us to use 🤩 it really means a lot to us, and I can happily report she is now sleeping as I write this. Thank you sincerely from the bottom of our hearts!! Your my husbands favorite restaurant for a reason 🥰

Ok ok ok If you see my reviews I don’t review franchise chain restaurants BUT I been eating at this Applebees since 2016. The food is great I always get their steaks and spinach dip, and of course their strawberry lemonade if I’m on a cheat day. Service is top tier because most of the waiters or waitresses knows me because I been eating there for way too long. It put a nice smile on my face. The place is just a normal Applebees but they need to make sure to clean their tables/booths. Thank you to the owner of the Applebees and thank you to the waiters and waitress

Everyone was great went there with a party of 8 today March 30 2025 at 430 the person that sat us was awesome our server I wish i could remember her name she was great the appetizers were there fast as our drinks were and our food was also great I wish I could’ve remembered our server she was great with us and the children we had with us she made our day and we will be going back again hopefully we will get the same server the manager during this time of service is great he has his staff in the right places it made our day our server ended up with a tip of almost 50 dollars on a 100 dollar bill she was so great have to say went back to this same Applebees on July 29 2025 was the worst ribs I have had they they tasted like they were from the night before my moms steak was so tuff she ordered the steak rare it came to her well done I ate two of my ribs from a full rack brought them home my son ate one and we threw away the rest
