Everyone was great went there with a party of 8 today March 30 2025 at 430 the person that sat us was awesome our server I wish i could remember her name she was great the appetizers were there fast as our drinks were and our food was also great I wish I could’ve remembered our server she was great with us and the children we had with us she made our day and we will be going back again hopefully we will get the same server the manager during this time of service is great he has his staff in the right places it made our day our server ended up with a tip of almost 50 dollars on a 100 dollar bill she was so great have to say went back to this same Applebees on July 29 2025 was the worst ribs I have had they they tasted like they were from the night before my moms steak was so tuff she ordered the steak rare it came to her well done I ate two of my ribs from a full rack brought them home my son ate one and we threw away the rest

I had the privilege of speaking with the many staff on site. They explained exactly why there was a wait for service when I asked and did so professionally and politely. I had very good service from everybody.. but I want to highlight a gentleman tonight by the name of “yo” he was energetic and so positive/ light hearted that I needed to speak with a manager of his service and also needed to leave an online review. There’s been a decline in customer service recently from many restaurants but “yo” has given me faith! I hope anybody who reads this review meet “yo” and understand your getting the full apple bees experience here in Olympia!

This location had quick and accommodating service for the large group I dined with, leaving us with having a great experience. Zion and Emily checked in on our table frequently and had amazing customer service.

Can't explain for the food but waiting in line was told it would be a 5 minute wait. Skipped our place in line multiple times with families of the same party size. Will never return with their customer service Saturday June 14th waited from 7:00 pm to 7:30 pm ended up going to Red Robin on the other side of mall...much better service

My recent visit to Applebee's was okay overall. The food was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. The service was also just okay—however, I was disappointed when the waiter threw napkins onto our table, specifically on the side where no one was sitting. It felt a bit careless and unprofessional.

Because of that experience, I’m giving it a 3-star rating. I might consider returning, but I hope for a more attentive and respectful service next time.

We made the mistake of coming in on father's day weekend and it... was slammed. Despite this, all the servers were kind, swift and patient. There was NO sign of tension or annoyance. Thank you, guys.
