Excellent service.As a senior and food allergies ordering is sometimes a challenge. I was able to order off the sides menu. I ordered Mac n cheese with bacon and Ceasars salad. Just the right amount of food!

My family absolutely loves Applebee's! A wonderful menu full of delicious choices. Something for everyone!Unfortunately, the Olympia location seems to be struggling with staffing which leads to incredibly slow service and very long wait for our meals. The servers are very friendly and apologetic.However, the bathrooms are filthy and often out of covers, TP and paper towels.

People love to hate on this place but the westside Oly Applebees is always good. They have a great happy hour and I’ve honestly never had a bad meal here. The chicken wonton tacos and sweet Chili wing are my go to.

Currently at applebees and got one of the 14.99 unlimited wings. At first me and my significant other ordered two waters that took almost 20 minutes to come out, and when we got our first plate of wings we ordered honey bqq and instead got honey pepper, second thing of wings come and we ask for garlic parmesan WITH fries and they come out with the smallest plate of wings, and no fries. This is disappointing, and very irritating, not to mention there were 4 old white people sitting across from us constantly staring and talking about me and my fiancé (we are visibly mixed with black).The only nice thing about this is my waiter zion has let us know there will be fries with our next refill of wings. very appreciative of that. Last thing is the ketchup is absolutely rancid. i mean i had to spit my food out.

Just a regular Applebee's, albeit one completely done up with local Washington team memorabilia and multiple TVs everywhere you look.
My family and I went to eat dinner at Applebee's tonight and things went from bad to worse. It took a long time for our food to come out and I'm not sure if the waiter forgot about our order or if it just took that long. When my sister took a bite of her Mac n cheese right away it was completely cold. So I went to share my quesadilla burger with her that I ordered with NO pink and it was extra rare! My son's chicken strips were mostly bread and no meat and the side of strawberries were not fresh and discolored. We were going to ask for the Mac n cheese to be reheated but after all those issues we really didn't want to even bother. The waiter went to get the manager so we could tell him the issues and while waiting a waitress was carrying a TON of dirty dishes from another table more than her hands could handle and she dropped a big container of ketchup and it flung ALL over us... it was all over my clothes my hair and on my sisters face and shoes and even got all over my son's food and drink... I kept trying to wipe it up but it was literally EVERYWHERE. The ketchup was used from another table that someone probably double dipped with....The waitress barely apologized and rolled her eyes that we were even speaking to the manager. We were totally calm and polite the whole time but by then we were completely frustrated and couldn't wait to get out of there! I have lost all hope on chain restaurants and especially Applebee's. We did not have to pay for our meal that we ate nothing of thankfully but this was unbelievable and we won't be back.

Despite very icy and inclement weather, their food was excellent, and so was the service. Many other places are more concerned about closing down early. They weren't. Their focus remained on their customers.
