We have been sitting here waiting in the drive thru for like 5 minutes and yet we haven't been helped. Sitting at the speaker. After 5 minutes I asked if they were almost ready and she said "we are short staffed you can go somewhere else." Wow.
After 15 min of waiting at the speaker we drove off and never ordered anything. We went across the street to Wendy's and after 3 min and 4 people in front of us we got our food, then we drove by arbys and the SAME car is waiting at the speaker.
Now I'm looking at all the other reviews and this has been going on for months. FIGURE IT OUT. Definitely never returning. Cannot believe that these people even have a job. The must be doing drugs and not making food.

Was literally twenty minutes in the drive thru with the final five minutes at the window with no sign of life. Guy finally showed up with an apology and took my card. He claimed my card wasn't going through, and since it was my only one I left without my order. Went to Safeway down the street and my card worked just fine, so that staff was full of [shitake mushrooms]. They lost my business, if I'm jonesing that much for Arby's I'll go to Lacey.

👎 AVOID THIS LOCATION I literally Waited over 35min at a drive thru. Took 10min wait to order by the time I got to order I ordered less. I waited 25min drive thu just to pay. Waited Never took my money turned off car waited. I felt bad just 2 employees running the entire show. I had to just leave being ignored it was getting late had to drive away no choice. Needless to say brought home no dinner that night. Would of been faster to drive to other location should of did that. Didn’t know.Food probably would of not tasted good here anyway. FYI

I would give 0 stars if possible. I haven’t seen the dinning room open since before Covid ordered once delivery came cold roast beef was pink and not cooked hopefully, they shut down soon and we get something else

Went to eat here last night. Lobby closed....short staffed. Figure it out. This has been a problem for to long. Never going back. We can go to Lacey and enjoy eating in the dining room.

I really didn't want to go to McDonald's for obvious reasons, so I went for a filet of fish because they're supposed to be really good, only to find out that there are seasonal item and won't be back until at least January.

Shift manager was rude while in the drive thru waited 10 minutes before being greeted at the window. Checked the food and it was cold and barely anything on the sandwich. Definitely recommend going anywhere else but there. McDonald's and Wendy's is across the street to there and save yourself the hassle

The food is as expected What I don't expect is to have to pull around to the front and park every single time with an empty drive-thru. Does management understand that employees do this to make their drive-thru times better?
Really disgusted by the experience at this store, while I was there I overheard an employee being rude and saying some shameful things to another employee... I think his name was Paul? Really gross. I will be going to a different store in the future, which is a shame, as this is the closest one to me.
