Normally have a pretty satisfying meal here. We either go in or drive through but tonight was an exception. Ordered a beef Gyro, French dip and a classic sandwich. This is to the drive up and note we were the only car in the drive out in parking lot was empty so appeared nobody was even inside the restaurant. First, it took forever to get our food while we're sitting at the window and we're laughing how long it was taking to get these items. We are finally given the bag of our food and we took off to drive home which is about 4 to 5 mi away. Once you got home I realized that they totally forgot to give the dip with a French dip, which is the whole idea of orbiting a French dip. The french fries were so cold. It felt like they were sitting out in the open for 2 hours mushy and cold in the center. For $32 this is basically money throwing away tonight.

Stopped by to get lunch and nobody said anything to me so after 5 minutes of standing at the counter I started taking a video and two minutes later after asking if they were open they finally acknowledged me and said they would be there in a minute. I left at that point. And you wonder why Arby's is failing.

even if you clarify that you want a double and NOT a single, you may still get a single. It’s happened to me many times at this location. not sure who they have back there on the meat slicer, but they really need to be double checking the tickets before they send them out. thank you.

Trash. Rude staff, hard cold curly fries, and my wife's steak nuggets bowl was literally cold, like fresh out of the fridge cold. Then when I went in to get it fixed, they took the food, which had been out of the restaurant, and put it back in the microwave, a huge health/safety no no. O and acted like it was a total inconvenience for them. Never going anywhere near this dumpster fire of an arbys ever again. If I could give negative stars I would

Worker not wearing gloves dumped and then spread out the ice with bare hands, after touching door knobs and other things, then that same ice gets scooped out to be put in beverages.

It's been so long since I had been here I had forgotten how good their roast beef is! Highly recommend!
Went there Saturday early evening. One cook one worker for front and drive thru. We went inside to eat waited at least 15 minutes. Husband went up to check on our order they canceled it.Finally when we recieved our food my crinkle fries were so cold I couldn't eat them.Staff didn't seem to care they recieved a phone call from a customer who wanted a refund.They went on and on complaining about the phone call.Lobby was filthy!
