1st time dining here at Asahi Sushi and I must say this is the best food I've had in a very long time. Flavors were endlessly pouring in each bite. The Asahi roll and Heart attack roll were phenomenal. My wife loved the king salmon nigiri I personally liked the seared salmon belly more for the fatty texture. Soft shell crab is a great appetizer. The seating was nice, the area is quiet, and the music is classical with a holiday theme. 100% will return and have already recommened to many!

What an awesome place. Fish quality is top notch. Honestly can tell no difference between the sushi quality at Asahi then that of toyoso or tsukiji markets and I've been to both. Prices are more than fair for the area and quality. I can't speak to other dishes because I don't go to sushi places to eat teriyaki. 10/10 recommend. It is located downtown so it can be tough to find parking but that just gives you an opportunity to walk around and experience eclectic Olympia. Feel bad for anyone who could of had a bad experience here. I've been half a dozen times amd never been let down. I'll keep going every time I'm in the area. I'll even go out of my way to make it there.

Had best value food with sweet and helpful people there. There are some improvements in flavor profiles for meat, as it was dry. The fish were fresh, roll and sushi seems like love in your mouth. Cooked food was good not the best might be own expectation.
