It was wonderful. Met my family there for lunch today 10/11/25 and celebrated my daughters birthday. They played a happy birthday song for her and gave us birthday cake. They're such kind sweet people. Thank you for your kindness. Tammie.

Everything looked and smelled fresh, which is important for sushi. The taste was awesome, and the ginger had a light color, which indicates no added additives that made it taste better.

Amazing sushi. Got 5 rolls and fried calamari app and was under $100. Tuna was very fresh, rolls were tight and didn't fall apart easily. We had leftovers.

This restaurant actually has atmosphere that matches the price. And their products are very competitive. But, as soon as they got busy, the product gets smaller, and have lost the edge they have on other local sushi restaurants. I like this place for greater atmosphere over other local sushi restaurants. And they weren't over pricing their products. I no longer feel this way. Their product is rapidly shrinking in volume. Come on guys. In Vancouver WA, they charge 1/3 less. Olympia isn't Seattle. Now you have just driven us to the local places that have larger portions. Pretty soon we aren't going to drive all over town. We're just not going to eat sushi. Quit charging us so much and then expecting tips on take out. You're going to lose in the long run. I can drive to Vancouver for a nice sushi meal. Or do you want my business??

Warm and dim, this place always chills me out so much when I go. Food never disappoints, and the alcohol selection is always stellar. The complimentary miso soup is also delicious.

Incredible sushi and extremely generous portion sizes. We ordered the tempura sampler, miso soup, two rolls, one hand roll, and the sashimi combo--way more than enough for 2 people. Everything was delicious! The rolls each had 9-10 pieces, just unheard of compared to the East Coast sushi restaurants we were used to. The hand roll was stuffed with fish. Great value and outstanding service! And the owners are extremely kind. 10/10.

Hidden gem.
Aya has a quiet upscale vibe, food and service comparable to restaurants who command 40-70$ a plate.
