Service is quite variable. Sometimes it is prompt. Sometimes it is very slow. Best to order take-out. Food is uneven in quality. Sometimes fairly good. Often cost of the food is not worth the quality. The business seems understaffed and struggling.

My wife and I are fairly regular customers. I most often get pad-see-uh and her favorite is the Thai noodles always with fresh roll spring rolls and peanut sauce too. Full of flavor and excellent. Never been a disappointment.

Can you please update your prices on your menus in the restaurant, online & your lunch menu. It's very confusing. I ordered Swimming Rama for lunch & although the presentation was nice the food was just meh.

The first thing I noticed was the cracked window and awful smell walking next to this place. But I figured some of my best food experiences has been in “hole in the wall” locations. I made the mistake of not triple checking the menu prices because I was not expecting it to be double my estimated prices. And honestly for an appetizer and one meal, $40 is too much. The food itself was okay at best. It is pretty hard to be worse than the food I ate in arkansas but miraculously this place exceeded my expectations by letting me down more than I could’ve imagine.
VEGANS - must stop and eat. Kids loved the pad see ew and I had the drunken tofu, delicious! Great started with spring rolls and fresh rools too!!

We have only done take out and it is by far our favorite Thai restaurant. The fresh rolls are the best I have had! My husband loves their green curry. When picking up the staff are always very friendly. Highly recommend giving them a try!

If you are searching for amazing Thai food, look no further... the food has been absolutely delicious every time I've ordered from Basil Leaf Restaurant. One of my favorite dishes is #10, TomKah. This coconut milk based soup includes a protein (I prefer chicken), mushroom, onion, and tomatos with superb flavors. Lime leaf, lemongrass, and galangal (a root similar to ginger) add the perfect blend of flavor. For those who haven't tried this soup, you can remove these as they are there to add flavor rather than consume, like a bay leaf. It is served with rice on the side, which I recommend adding to your soup bowl to soak up some of the broth. The noodle dishes #36, Pad Thai, and #39, Rama Noodle, are perfect. I order a side of peanut sauce to go with either of these dishes. All of the curries are delicious...try the Avocado Curry! Yum.The stir-fry #26, Pad Ped Thai Eggplant, is also amazing. As with most dishes you will choose a protein; tofu, chicken, beef, or pork. You can substitute prawns, calamari, or scallops for $2.50, or a seafood combo for $3.50.I know this is long, but if you've read to here, I hope you have found it helpful. You won't be disappointed with Basil Leaf!

The challenge with spicy scales are what is a two star in a location may be a three elsewhere. The food was just a tad bit spicy than I expected but not enough to complain. Next time I return I just need to scale accordingly. Service was excellent and very friendly staff. This place is super clean. Fresh rolls had a bit too much Lettuce but still tasty.

Wow, what horrible customer service by the owner. She was rude, condescending, and petty! We spent $65 for lunch yesterday, and the owner complained and questioned each time we requested additional napkins, bowls for soup, and even a plastic bag which wanted to put our to go containers in. Not only that, but she asked why we had used up all the chilli sauce. And when I was reviewing my bill, she made this snarky remark about how she had not over charged. Of course I'm going to review the bill considering how petty she was.Not only that, but the prices of the various entrees we ordered were ridiculously high and the food just mediocre. Not going to this place ever again.
