If you like quiet...it's good. Charcuterie appetizer was better than my lasagna. You can tell the noodles are homemade...so...super yummy

Hello Hello

disappointed. I’m Italian and appreciate legitimate Italian food. A cold Unripe large tomato cut in half horizontally is not appetizing. Cold and unripe. Putting it under the broiler might warm the pesto but the unripe tomato is still hard as a rock. Caprese salad should be sliced by the cook not the guest. If that’s the case. Perhaps lend me a proper serrated knife.

Take care.

Had a wonderful recent food and wine tasting experience at a private event. Delicious food and enjoyable, light hearted atmosphere- wish I could eat dinner here every night! Fantastico!

I love that Basilico has a gluten free menu with many options. I got the pasta with lrmin cream sauce. The GF pasta was al dente, and the sauce was flavorful. I will definitely go there again to try out their other GF options.

Excellent authentic Italian food and creative specials. Nice cozy and romantic atmosphere. Fair prices for the quality (generally $25-$35+ a plate)

Excellent food and service. Great little place for date night or a larger party. Authentic Italian food and much better than a chain restaurant.

Food was fantastic! Absolutely coming back for only the food. The service was a different story. Would eat here again for the food but expect not to be welcomed this time.

Hand made pasta and delicious food and drinks! What more could you ask for? It's very authentic, which means pricey, but well worth a special occasion.

...a delightful dive into authentic Italian cuisine. The experience was a perfect blend of bold flavors, cozy ambiance, and attentive service, making it a standout spot for anyone craving true Northern and Central Italian dishes. They asked about any dietary needs; I'd say the atmosphere is warm and elegant.

I started with the Brussels sprout antipasto, which was a revelation. The deep-fried Brussels sprouts were crispy on the outside, tender within, and paired beautifully with a Calabrian chili and garlic spicy sauce that added just the right kick.

For my main course, I chose the gnocchi with pesto and almonds. The imported Italian potato gnocchi were soft, pillowy perfection—clearly handmade with care. The homemade pesto, vibrant with basil and extra virgin olive oil, plus a little crunch of almonds.

To wash it all down, I opted for a Hefeweizen beer with lemon slice, which was fabulous—crisp, slightly fruity, and a refreshing complement to the rich Italian flavors. They offer imported and local beers.

Had the Lasagna. Excellent. Too bad the city allows the activity on the sidewalk in front of of this fine business.

This is my go-to place for impressive dinners with friends. Everything is great, the food, the drinks, the service, the atmosphere (you can actually have a conversation without straining). I have yet to have a bad meal here in several visits. They have a great selection and make their own pasta, sometimes you can even watch them stuff the ravioli. When I was gluten free, they were so lovely about it, making sure I still had bread and that the shared charcuterie plate wasn't contaminated. The only thing I don't like is when it's time to leave, we have shut the place down at least once.

Service was good and friendly but the food was soo disappointing. The bread service was horribly dry. We got the parpadelle with boar and the seafood pasta. The pasta was really tough and just not what fresh pasta should be at all. The seafood was also hammered. Just cooked to rubber mallets. In general very disappointing.
