Card system went down as they were checking out the family in front of mine. No one was sure what to do as we are standing there, ice cream in hand, until they asked to put it in the freezer for us while we found an ATM, at their suggestion. It was a very embarrassing situation that could have been better navigated with clear expectations. The gentlemen who were next in line do carry cash, which i generally do not, and they paid for us. SO KIND! They set a wonderful example of thoughtfulness and leadership for my two teenaged sons. As for the staff... Baskin Robins, let's have a plan for these things so your young adult managers and staff can handle them better.

Bought off of door dash and they didn't put spoons in the bag so we had to go get some spoons from a store while the ice cream started melting

This franchise is about move to a new location, so the inside is a little run down. That said, you'd be hard pressed to find better ice cream than at a Baskin-Robbins. I grew up with "31 flavors" as an almost sacred place, and it still doesn't disappoint today.

I ordered an ice-cream cake online on 9/27 for pickup at 2pm on 10/24. I received a call at 2:09pm on 10/24 to say they can't make the cake. That is completely unacceptable. They had 3 1/2 weeks to call me and tell me that. Don't count on receiving your order.

Bless the poor new girl who was trying to help check us out. She was very confused on the size of the cake we were buying and the price we were paying. She told us multiple times it was mislabeled as the wrong price. We didn't care we told her we would pay the $10 more just to get out of there quickly. We didn't get a receipt, That was my mistake. We got home and cut into the cake that we bought and it was chocolate and not white cake like it was labeled. I called the store to let them know that they had mislabeled the cake and that unfortunately I hadn't gotten the receipt but I was curious if there was anything they could do. They were not willing to help. Pretty disappointed that I spent $50 on a cake that no one in my household is going to eat. We buy At least one birthday cake a year for our family from Baskin-Robbins and they have never let us down before. I'm pretty disappointed and I think this will be the end of our ice cream cake tradition. I was really more confident that they were going to resolve this issue.

The staff made it seem like my son and I were inconveniencing them by coming in to purchase ice cream.Arrived with 47 minutes to close. Three staff working. They were closing up all tables, the gal still had one table left as we walked in and proceeded to pile chairs on the top of last table. I was with my son and we were viewing the different flavors and the heavy set grumpy girl staff rudely asks if we have made a choice yet and rolling her eyes when I said no we hadn't. We went to sit down and with the ice cream in our hands had to pull all the chairs off. There were three staff. Two were not doing anything. Two other parties came in after us.This gang of girls working is probably bad for business.

My fiance, mother in law and I went in to this ice cream shop and ordered and the heavy set Younger girl that worked behind the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful laughing and glaring at all the customers that were walking in with her friend who was sitting at one of the tables waiting for her to get off work and she doesn't know how to clean either. She just was not a very good customer service person. I've never been to a place that had such disrespectful workers
