This place needs to go under new management. Never have any flavors on the online menu “anymore”. Like all the reviews for this place aren’t good and I vouch for that once they moved locations just went down hill lol would NOT recommend people going here 100%. Walmart neighborhood sell just about all of BR flavors.

Can't believe it. I'd give zero stars if I could. It's December 10th and winter white chocolate flavor is only available in December. They have it in the back but can't bring it out because there isn't room so you can't have it. Wow

The Baskin-Robbins store on Harrison is an awesome store except for when the young man is working there. Young man never feels your container full like the young lady. The young lady make sure that all the airs out and gives you a filled container but the guy could care less. With the prices the way they are, I sure think that you should get a full container full of ice cream the money. Very disappointed

I paid an extra $6.99 for writing on this cake and drove all the way from Lacey. As you can tell from the picture, it is not worth the price I payed. If I am paying for a service, it should be done well. I could have wrote on the ice cream myself, better. The writing is off centered and messy. And when I asked her to fix it she was very rude and annoyed to have to re write it for me. It was a terrible experience, terrible product and terrible customer service.
I am a retail manager with 20 years experience. The employees at this location need to be trained in basic retail etiquette. I was never acknowledged, I waited over 5 minutes to be helped. I never got helped. Not even a we will be right with you. I was the only person in line! One employee just walked back and forth doing nothing. Not restocking, not cleaning. Just walking, trying to be busy. The other employee started making a milkshake. I don't know for who. Everyone in the store already had their icecream. No eye contact ever. If this was my store, I would be putting both employees on a training plan.

Went for a chocolate milkshake and was sadly surprised to find out it was just like every fast food chain milkshakes. I remember when Baskin Robbins had wonderful shakes. This was ultra processed and instantly made my stomach upset.
