If I could give a zero I would. Waited in line for 10 minutes just to be told they were going to serve the people in frint of us but not us or the others in line so they could close early. No signs posted about closing early, no updates to their google listing and EXTREMELY unprofessional to turn away customers that had already been waiting. I'll definitely be taking my money elsewhere from now on.

This is the slowest Big Foot Java I've ever been to. Sat in line with two vehicles in front of us and two on the other side for more than 30 mins now. I couldn't leave either due to the way the parking lot is set up. I don't think I'll ever come here again.

This is my favorite location to come to. They are always the sweetest and always making my drinks perfect as always. As a former barista love to see it. My favorite worker so far is syrena I think that’s how’s you spell it if not I’m so sorry for spelling your name wrong but you are always the most amazing and bubbly and sweetest barista I have met. Always making the experience to get a coffee amazing. As always loves to see the dog as well

The workers tonight were unprofessional and kept having my mom repeat her order when my mom made it clear what drink she wanted. For whatever reason the girl was giving her a hard time until I stepped in and told her the same exact way my mom worded it and she got it together real quick. I’m not sure why younger girls at this establishment think it’s okay to be rude to older women when my mom spoke clearly and asked for her drink kindly. My mom also felt that the worker spit in her drink over being upset that she couldn’t comprehend my mom’s simple order. I don’t know if the worker is having a hard time at home but keep it away from work or get another job.
