I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience at your Capital Mall location in Olympia today 07/19/2025 at 1:26 PM
During my visit, I accompanied a friend who placed her order successfully with the assistance of an exceptionally courteous Asian server. As I was waiting for my turn, a Hispanic server with long black hair approached. When I attempted to place my order, she informed me that she would assist other customers first, even though I was next in line. This interaction left me feeling overlooked and disappointed.
When it was finally my turn, there was no apology for the oversight. I believe in the importance of good customer service and proper queue management, and I suggest that the staff might benefit from additional training in these areas.
I am sharing this feedback in hopes of a positive change in service delivery. I look forward to your response and appreciate your attention to this matter.

Poor customer service. Went there for the 1st time, they didn't specify sugar % and my matcha was clumping. I didn't enjoy my drink.

This is my favorite place to get boba, it always tastes great, the safety seal is helpful and hygienic and the workers always know what they are doing and usually are always polite!

Didn’t want to post this but I had a bad experience with one of the employees on Saturday 4/5/25 a teen was so obvious he was being racist he didn’t want to attend me and my husband he saw us coming to him yet didn’t say anything until a lady that works with him told him To ask our order it was obvious he didn’t want to by the way he looked at us after that we waited for him to call us to get our orders he never called us he left them just on the counter we had to go and check out if our drinks where done he never called our order number! And with other customers he was so nice and called there orders very disrespectful kid! other employees working there the best they were nice to us:)

I've been coming here for years and will sometimes stop by the mall just for Braganza. It's always super busy but the girls at the front are very quick and sweet. Most of the drinks are consistently good (I don't like the fruit teas as they taste either watery or overly sweet depending on who makes it -- much prefer the blended drinks) and cheaper than other options around. The black boba has always tasted fresh when I've ordered. The pudding is awesome 👍
I also like that new drink and topping options are occasionally added. Please don't raise your prices ❤️
I'd say the service at least for me is very quick, they got so many flavor options aswell it's very easy to order for those who never had boba

One person was working the register. She took a man's order and payment, then mine, and then 4 more people's orders... in the meanwhile we're all waiting and no drinks are being made. Hello? Once someone pays, you should start making their order, not forcing them to wait for 5 more customers. Two workers came out of the back room giggling and one started to make orders while the other stood there talking to her... For a $7.50 drink, I expected more. Management problem.

I LOVE Braganza! I have been to many different bubble tea places, but there is nothing like this place! The drinks are so yummy and taste so fresh! The customer service is always so helpful in deciding what to get! And they are always so kind and I can see they really care about Braganza and their customers! Whenever I'm in Olympia I always stop by to get a drink! My personal favorite is the Taro and straw taro smoothie! I recommend this place to everyone!

Went this afternoon, ordered a boba for myself, after 10 minutes and noticing that people who had ordered after me were already getting their orders, I asked the girl working where mine was. She asked if I ever got it, I told her I hadn’t yet. She then proceed to pull an old boba drink out of the fridge that wasn’t filled all the way and give it to me. It tasted like chalk and you could tell it had been sitting there for awhile. The milk was starting to separate from the drink and I ended up throwing it away. 0/10
