Service was pretty terrible tonight! They didn't put enough lettuce on the pizza we ordered....kinda a silly thing to not be able to do successfully. It was a very slow night and there was no reason no one came to check on us. We had to go find help everytime and then they took so long to get us what we asked for.

I’m so glad that I stopped in to this pizzeria. The service was great and with all the options I decided to start with the mozzarella sticks. The pizza was amazing, fresh, and full of toppings! The portions are right for the price.

I have been going to BCP for a very long time however the change in bread for the sandwich’s is not my favorite, but having said that I have still been ordering my vegetarian sandwich when I come to Olympia for my treatment. I ordered my vegetarian sandwich as usual but what was delivered was some kind of bacon sandwich. I called to let BCP know of the issue and they apologized and said they could refund me but not remake a sandwich because a pipe had burst. I understand these things happen but just felt like with two other restaurants available they could have called one of them to help me in getting my lunch while having my treatment. It is very disappointing.

My order was to go. I ordered the BCP meatballs. Which instead of basil red sauce it was BBQ (I hate bbq sauce) I would not have gotten them had I known. Also ordered a chicken caeser salad with extra dressing. Instead it came with no dressing (the only reason I get the salad is for the dressing). So I paid over $20 for a SALAD and it didn't even come with the whole point of the salad/my reason fot ordering it. I am very disappointed and frankly angry having gotten nothing I actually ordered and paid a small fortune. I ordered passing through on my way to Tacoma...so I was not about to drive back from Tacoma for them to fix it.

Food is great, just not sure why it take 30 minutes to make a pizza when there is only one other customer is restaurant. Even with call in orders it shouldn’t take this long. 8/15/24 - 3rd time I’ve order pizza on line, 3rd time I’ve come in checked pizza and there is Mushrooms. Brought it to managers attentions. And clearly the cooks are Not reading ticket completely, she showed Me the ticket with what I wanted on it clearly shows no Mushrooms. They are Remaking pizza but management clearly needs to get In there case. Moral of story if you can check your Order before,You leave do so!
Raw dough, raw toppings, way too much pizza sauce keeps the whole pizza undercooked, you cant even pickup a slice, the dough was still sticky and wouldn'tcome off the parchment. Unfortunately, a chain pizza restaurant would be better. This place isn't what it used to be.

Still the same good food. The poor person working the floor was doing their best but overwhelmed. I had ordered ahead for pickup and still waited more than 30 minutes after arriving to get the food. It was ready in the back, but the person was so task saturated that’s how long it took to get to me.

The switch to using DoorDash ruined a recent lunch for 40 people ($200 worth of pizza). This company is no longer locally owned. Ownership is in California. They fired all their drivers and instituted the use of DoorDash. Local manager could only offer an apology and a refund. Last time I'll trust what was a south sound fav.
