I just ate the best pizza, even though I broke my carb diet on this 2nd day of January. I give exactly 0 f**ks bcz it was THAT good. Omg. The crust is the most important component, imo, and it was just so fresh and chewy, yet tossed thin and baked to be crusty. I’m a mushroom fan but my partner isn’t, so I got a small with the house red sauce, cheese and double shrooms. Heavenly. We’ve visited Briggs TapHouse several times and we love the cozy and comfortable atmosphere. We find their food to be very tasty and they have a great selection to choose from. And of course the beer selection has something for everyone and they have ciders too!
