Was our first time here and it was a bummer. The bathrooms need to be cleaned, they smell like pee and the outside of the toilets are covered in urine. They forgot our extra sauce that they made sure we were fine paying for, no croutons on my panzanella salad that are advertised as foccocia croutons but we're the same basic out of the bag croutons that came on my daughter's Ceasar salad. I don't believe that it's actually franks red hot sauce on the wings we ordered. They completely forgot our order of mozzarella sticks. When we did get them they were not good. The Combo pizza was ok, I'll pass on the sprinkle of parsley on the pizza. Sad because I had high hopes. The music they had on was good.

Popped in for lunch while down that way for son's soccer tournament. The pizza, beer and wings were so great that we went back for dinner with the whole team. Great flatbread pizza and wish there was a place like this by our house.

I rarely write reviews but I wanted to share the excellent experience we had last week at Briggs. As someone who is gluten intolerant along with my friend who has numerous food allergies, the person taking our order was super patient. She double checked with the kitchen to see if a sauce didn’t contain an ingredient my friend was concerned with. We really appreciated your care and help. Oh, and the food was delicious! Great gluten-free sourdough crust (never had that before), tater tots, and hop water! I want to go back!

It is a taphouse so beer choices wil change, check untapped to see the ever-changing choices available. Options for kids, family friendly, plenty of seating, salads that are also delicious and.... cheese curds with hot honey an option you didn't know you needed until you try it. Great atmosphere and the staff has always been amazing. I've been going since day one and have never had a bad experience. Great memories are made here. Cheers.

My wife and I had a fantastic first experience at this taphouse a few weeks ago. The pizza was good, and the wings were delicious. As a New Yorker, I even complimented the manager, telling him I considered it the best pizza in Olympia. However, my recent online order for two pizzas was very disappointing due to the service. The pizzas were made quickly, but upon pickup, a waitress who had been warmly interacting with another couple completely changed her demeanor when she saw me. Her smile vanished, and she didn't respond when I greeted her. She simply stared at me with what felt like disgust, shoved the boxes into my hands, and walked away without a word. The message was clear, and it made me feel unwelcome. I will not be returning.
