On dec 21 met hubby to go in and have bite to eat when arrived the lobby doors were locked we stood there the person seen us but nothing we weren't the only ones standing there.. so we tried calling no answer i left hubby went thru drive thru that was backed up I tried calling and the manager JOSH answered I asked why lobby closed he says there only 2 people in store and everyone called out I was like still could have lobby open or at least sign on door..then he got rude and says your not my problem I was like excuse me then hung up about 5 min later he calls me back and says I have missed call from this number I said I already talked to you then when found out who I was got even more rude and continued to say stuff that none of my business..then my hubby got up to window and asked for manager to why lobby closed and he was rude says he just got off phone with pissed of women and tells him about it and hubby not knowing it was me...but wait if only 2 people in there how does he have time to argue and call people back when drive thru backed up to front door...I have always had issues coming here towards evening service sucks rude and when out of something they don't say anything till u get home and notice and have to call. ON a good note the lady in early morning is the best customer service so nice she is awesome I forgot her name but she works early morning..and i have worked burger king i know how it runs and works and JOSH is down right rude and disrespectful

Burger King is Burger King, but what sets any individual location apart from the others is service and quality. This particular Burger King is subpar. As far as service is concerned, count yourself lucky if they're at least pleasant, but don't alwaus count on them being happy to serve. As far as quality, the temp accuracy is average, but if they don't get your order wrong, check your bag(s) because they have most likely forgotten an item.

Why is posting accurate hours beyond the ability of so many businesses? Not only are the hours online wrong, the hours on the door are wrong. I want to go inside since I know this place can't handle the drive thru. Door says 9 PM, internet says 11 PM, closed dining room before 8.
Years later this problem persists. Except now it's 2:45 PM and the doors are locked. Won't make the same mistake giving this place a second chance again.
When I pay about 4 dollars for a drink, I would like to have that drink filled to the top. They left a whole inch.

says drive thru sign is on, people inside in the back but we sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes with t no reply. it’s 10:33 pm and it says open until midnight for drive thru. We drove across town for dinner and were ignored by staff. if you had to close early, your sign should be OFF
