I’ve been a regular customer at this Burger King location for a long time and usually order six Original Chicken Sandwiches — plain, just chicken and bun. This time, I had my sister with me and ordered nine sandwiches, all the same way: plain. I also ordered two of the new lemonades with no ice.

The experience this time was frustrating from start to finish.

First, the drive-thru wait was excessive. I pulled up and was told, “I’ll be right with you,” but had to wait a while. When the employee finally started taking my order, he suddenly said, “Hold on,” and I had to wait again. It was irritating and unprofessional.

When I got to the window, they handed me a half-filled lemonade. I asked for no ice, not less drink. When I requested it be filled up, the employee said they “ran out,” even though I could see a full pitcher of lemonade sitting there. Eventually, he did fill it — but only after I pushed for it.

Then came the real problem: I received all nine sandwiches completely wrong — covered in lettuce and mayo — when I clearly ordered all of them plain. My sister was with me and heard me order them correctly.

I went inside to ask for the order to be fixed and the experience went from bad to worse. The manager on duty was incredibly unprofessional. She questioned my order, kept repeating “Really?” multiple times as if remaking my food was a huge inconvenience, and treated the entire situation like a joke. She even suggested I never asked for the food to be plain, which was completely false.

It got to the point where I had to bring my sister inside as a witness. Only after the manager called the store director did she agree to remake the food — and she did it while making a big, unnecessary scene in front of other customers. Some bystanders even started commenting, despite having no idea what was going on. It was humiliating and embarrassing.

I understand mistakes happen, but the treatment I received was completely uncalled for. The manager behaved unprofessionally, lacked customer service skills, and seemed more concerned about the “$70 worth of waste” than correcting the mistake and treating me with respect. I didn’t even get a refund or any compensation for the inconvenience and poor service.

This was not the standard I’ve come to expect from this location. If this is a new manager or a new team, they seriously need retraining — especially the drive-thru employee and the manager. I used to work in fast food myself, and I could have handled this situation 10x better.

I hope someone at corporate sees this and takes action. I won’t be returning to this location until serious improvements are made.

I went in there for lunch and the front counter worker marz was amazing! Everything so so clean he worked fast and efficiently! Got very fresh food the best chicken fries i’ve ever got from burger king!

Really great place to get some bomb burgers and the the staff is so friendly and amazing that it feels like home mars is especially awesome cause he helped me out when I was 2 dollars short and needed to feed my family

On my way home from school tonight, I stopped by BK for dinner and was greeted by a familiar, friendly voice at the drive-thru. I don’t visit this location often, but I immediately recognized the warm and positive attitude from my last visit over three months ago.

When I pulled up to the window, it was Marz! After receiving my food, I took a moment to thank him for being consistently friendly and professional despite the time gap between visits. This showed me that his excellent customer service isn’t just occasional - it’s always there.

I truly appreciate that kind of dedication. Working a busy drive-thru window while maintaining such a helpful and genuine attitude isn't easy, and it really made a difference for me.

Thank you, Marz! I hope you receive the recognition you deserve. Keep being amazing!

I came in and it took me 10 minutes to get a wopper meal and the person in charge Marz was just standing there telling the employees what to do instead of actually helping it shoes bad character and I definitely will not be returning

Zander, mave and Dylan all have wonderful customer service. Usually when I go to fast food and ask for fresh hot food (cook to order) I get lied to and am given food that is sitting in treys or has been there for 10 minutes already. Along with light bulb warm fries. Zander always amazes me and and makes sure I have fresh out the grease French fries. All three of them make sure I get everything I need and never fail to miss a beat. These three need a raise. Thank you all for always making sure my food is right. And Zander’s spirit and personality is of someone who makes anyone smile.

I dont know what it is but they are always so slow. I place my order online ten minutes before arriving and I still end up waiting over 10 minutes for my single chicken wrap no combo. Kitchen staff always looks unorganized and they dont really make an effort to acknowledge customers.
Maybe its management because there is always new faces. Location is fine but drivethru is a little weird to get into.

My only real issue with this location is a management one - it seems consistently under staffed. Having said that, some of the nicest fast food employees I've ever met. I hope they're getting more than minimum wage - they deserve it. And I've never had an order messed up here, which is pretty impressive because I don't like mayo and have had many other restaurants still put it on. Not here! Great employees.

This location has been incredibly slow every time I’ve eaten there (it’s close to my kids’ school, so there have been times we’ve eaten there out of necessity because it’s close). Amazingly, they were actually pretty fast completing my drive-thru order today. Unfortunately, however, it was fast because they forgot the pickle fries I had ordered. After driving off I realized they weren’t in my bag and returned inside to receive them, at which time I was met with a shrug and only a 3/4 full container of very sad looking food. Very little done in the way of ‘making it right’ with the customer. I will be actively avoiding this location in the future.

2024 update.
It's worse... rundown looking building, makeshift repairs, wrong order when I'm the only customer! Don't waste your money here
