Omg the best breakfast sandwiches in Olympia! If you havnt gone then your missing out! The coffee is amazing but they don’t just serve coffee they serve the best cookies, banana bread and there is always something you can grab for a quick bite but again the breakfast sandwich is heaven! We bring our three golden retrievers in for a pup cup a few times a week and the dogs love the girls!

There are no prices on their menu and it's awkward to ask how much a cup of coffee is these days. So I ordered a 16 oz eggnog latte with vanilla and two tiny cookies. It came to $11. So question is ...do you give it back because you're shocked at the price or you just suck it up and pay it. well of course I sucked it up and paid it. This will never happen again. I'm not going back.

Prices were outrageous. A medium was more than a large from Starbucks and I went to a coffee stand because stands are typically cheaper than Starbucks but not only was this place way more expensive, they don't post prices, they offered whip cream, I said yes please because the lady I was getting the drink for wanted whip cream and to top it off the worker said if I write my number on the bottom that I would get credited towards my account and she never did that.
I would come here every once in a while but definitely never again.

I was charged tax. when I questioned her she changed and chrage me only price listed. I came back another day and charged me tax and 35 cents for using a credit card. the coffee was weak

Ordered a ham croissant. It was flat as a pancake and greasy. I paid enough for it that I'm disappointed. It shouldn't have been served.

Coffee is pretty good the staff is friendly, their pastries and quiches are amazing. The only drawback I have found is if you are in a hurry to get to work and there's cars ahead of you I wouldn't stop. I've been late every time even though I left a little early. The last three times I've been in line for over 20 minutes with just one car ahead of me. It's not the barista's fault, they need to hire more people for the morning Rush because there's been only 1 person working last few times.

I thought I was impressed with all the coffeeshops I’ve seen in my PNW trip, but I was truly amazed with Cafe au Lait. I was thinking a shop within the mall storefront but I was so amazed to find that it was a cute little hut sitting in the parking lot! Then the service by the wonderful girls was out of this world. Kind, caring, and with a smile. And the coffee, oh my god! That was incredible! And the food was so tasty too. I could go on and on…
I’m only sad that this is my one and only day in Olympia because I would love to come back here again and again. So make sure to get your coffee here if you’re in town!

The ladies inside were nice and chatty towards us, but the coffee wasn't great. Wrong type of coffee, burnt milk, wrong proportions for the drink, and it just tasted wrong. I'm sure it was just that time, and situational, but still.

Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. For sure will never order drinks elsewhere. Not only is their customer service superb, their drinks are always tasty. The owner goes above and beyond to correct a mistake and ensures you have a delightful experience . Barista Jess made sure we felt appreciated for feeling comfortable having the air corrected. Good honest customer service is hard to find these days.
