I would like to leave a review because of the great customer service I experienced while eating at Charley’s in the Olympia Mall. At first I did encounter a problem, I placed my order and tried to use a $5 reward that had a countdown as soon as I hit redeem on the app. The cashier was unable to scan it and said it wasn’t working. The manager Dinora was called and not only was she polite but she was able to get the reward to work. She made sure my order was correct and did it all with a smile. Because of this experience I will be sure to be back again. Thank you Dinora!!

Double charged me. Approved first time, told me it wasn’t and couldn’t give me receipt, charged me second time. Immediately checked my bank account and it was taken out to pending. Attempted to get a refund and was told that if I have no receipt she can’t help me. Immediately called my bank and there were two charges disputing one. Really frustrating. Didn’t give napkins or silverware either for the loaded fries but being charged almost $45 for barely any food was kinda the kicker here.

Come here weekly on way home, Get my wife a strawberry lemonade and kid a regular fry box, Always straightforward and quick if the lines aren't beating up the crew.

I had a terrible experience with Lili at the cash register. I place a mobile order in hopes of saving some time. I arrive about 5 minutes after my promise time and it’s not exactly clear where you’re supposed to pick up mobile orders. I noticed everyone was busy so I didn’t want to interrupt and I figured I could wait for the person in line to finish paying. After they left, I was next. I told Lili I was picking up an order, she looked confused so I repeated myself. She turns to look behind her and says it’s not ready, that it’ll be a little longer. Ok fine, I step to the side and continue to wait. I finally see that my order has been completed so I go back to the cash register to claim my food. The gentleman in line is speaking to wife still deciding on what to order. I motion to Lili that my order is done for a quick grab. She ignored me, then began taking their order moments later. She got their drinks ready, placed them on the counter right next to me and finished their order. After she’s done with them, I said “my order’s ready now” she looks at me and says “how can I help you?” Seriously? I said “my order is ready now, it’s right behind you” she asks my name, it’s literally the only order back there and you just checked for me 8 minutes ago now. She gathers my food and instead of placing it on the counter directly in front of me (where she placed the other drinks before). She intentionally puts the bag on the opposite side of the counter around the cash register and smirks. I had to go around the line because I couldn’t reach my food when she could have simply placed it in front of me like she had with the previous customers. It was really petty especially since I patiently waited for my food. Not sure if she was annoyed that I asked for that quick grab while the others were still deciding…who knows??

The lemonades were delicious, but when I pick the rest of my order, I was disappointed; the chicken had an intense flavor of burnt oil, I'm talking about that the fact that the oil was too used and I know what I'm talking about, my chicken pieces were burned The cashier was very friendly speaking two languages, thank you for that, the potatoes tasted good but little quantity for the container where they were served, good price, they need to clean a little more, I will probably try again but , I will wait to find them in another address to know if it is so everywhere or only in the Olympia mall.

The girl at the counter had a straight face, and would not smile, and was real rude. She cut me off when I was trying to order. My husband is a Intercity employee and we know customer service and that was not it. The meal he got came with two regarding ranches and they argued with me when the girl at the counter asked me if I wanted ranch with mine. So we should of had 3.
Messed my whole order up and refused to fix
The sandwich was great, lots of hot fries,.
We got the extra chicken for $2 each, Jerry put 2 orders in one box I asked to separate ( he got a little fussy) , but the chicken was very greasy. Overall it was good.

Do not get from this place, I literally got food poisoning
First, we were about to order on the kiosk. Which was working fine. Then the manager cake and told us it wasn't working. Then shut it off. I ordered the California chicken, as I usual do. No pickles. And even tho the manager seen my order. She asked for my receipt. When there was no more customers behind me. Just wierd. No my best visit.
Don't waste your time. Long wait for bland and basic food
