The girl at the counter had a straight face, and would not smile, and was real rude. She cut me off when I was trying to order. My husband is a Intercity employee and we know customer service and that was not it. The meal he got came with two regarding ranches and they argued with me when the girl at the counter asked me if I wanted ranch with mine. So we should of had 3.

Messed my whole order up and refused to fix

The sandwich was great, lots of hot fries,.
We got the extra chicken for $2 each, Jerry put 2 orders in one box I asked to separate ( he got a little fussy) , but the chicken was very greasy. Overall it was good.

I love this place it’s one of my favorite places to eat the food is always good and made properly

I love their lemonades. They're so good! Also, good customer service.

Do not get from this place, I literally got food poisoning

First, we were about to order on the kiosk. Which was working fine. Then the manager cake and told us it wasn't working. Then shut it off. I ordered the California chicken, as I usual do. No pickles. And even tho the manager seen my order. She asked for my receipt. When there was no more customers behind me. Just wierd. No my best visit.

Don't waste your time. Long wait for bland and basic food

This was a terrible experience. I do not recommend using online ordering for this location since they will apparently let people steal your order by handing it out to someone else. They wouldn't remake the order or give me a refund and just sent me away with a sorry. Unbelievable.

The person working the desk is ride as hell. And the mozzarella sticks are 0/5 ⭐. Rubber uncooked and hard to swallow. The sauce was old too. If you do eat here. Stick to the chicken California

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I moved away, came back for vacation. I was sooo excited to have my favorite place and my favorite sandwich is a chicken Philly. It was super super expensive for two meals. Which let's face it everything is nowadays. The biggest problem is they don't use the same chicken. The chicken was shredded and really dry and gross! If the chicken sandwich was the same and amazing that crazy price would be worth it. But I'm super sad😭😭😭

They advertise ordering online to avoid the line. But when you do this they won’t acknowledge you unless you wait in line with people ordering. So ur food will be cold by the time you get it. They need to figure it out but avoid ordering ahead of time.

I do not recommend eating here. They were very deceptive about the sizing. We ordered an original fries and it costs $2, but when I received the order the box was drastically disproportionate to what I ordered. I attached a photo, you can see how there are only 10 fries in that box for an original order. And when I asked them about this, they said that they would resolve the issue, but then quickly changed their minds and decided not to refund me. I asked for fries and expected them to fill the box that was used, it clearly was not and the employee was being skimpy about the portions, even though I had paid $2. If that’s the portion of the original order (10 fries), they need to find a more appropriately sized box instead of a deceptively larger box. Overall, I am very disappointed in the customer service of this company and their deceptive marketing.
