I would like to leave a review because of the great customer service I experienced while eating at Charley’s in the Olympia Mall. At first I did encounter a problem, I placed my order and tried to use a $5 reward that had a countdown as soon as I hit redeem on the app. The cashier was unable to scan it and said it wasn’t working. The manager Dinora was called and not only was she polite but she was able to get the reward to work. She made sure my order was correct and did...

The sandwich was great, lots of hot fries,.
We got the extra chicken for $2 each, Jerry put 2 orders in one box I asked to separate ( he got a little fussy) , but the chicken was very greasy. Overall it was good.

Great consistent attention and service. Quick skilled cooks whip up delicious cheese steaks. The left is a Chicken Philly and the right is an Old School Cheese steak. The left drink is a fresh fruit Peach Lemonade and the right is a watermelon strawberry lemonade. Thank you for feeding us for the 3rd time in a month!!!
