Love everything about this place! My husband and I passed by Olympia and thought we’d stop by for some pacific oysters and geoduck. We love the Mirimichi, Sapphire and Kumamoto Oysters! They were so creamy and delicious. Eden at the oyster bar was friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable about oysters. We had a great time and would definitely come back if we were ever in the area!

oyster was really fresh and we got the Chelsea ones which are the best imo.
The clam chowder is not creamy and a bit salty
I also wouldn’t recommend the geoduck sashimi cuz it’s tastes a bit like squid but sweeter

Great fresh oysters, with an excellent representation of local varieties. I tried the geoduck sashimi for the first time (also excellent). It was a wonderful culinary experience. The only negative was the server making errors on the bill; being Thursday it was half-off the bottle, and I was also overcharged on a dozen oysters.
If you love oysters, Chelsea should please you. Just be sure to check your bill.
