I was so excited to finally have a Chipotle near my house, but this is by far the worst one in town. So skimpy and often out of ingredients. The quesadillas are under filled and the burritos have weird ingredient ratios, along with being tiny. The rice is generally dry and sometimes crunchy??? Every employee I have interacted with was very kind, but I’d rather drive the 20 minutes to a different chipotle than the 2 to this one.

The service and atmosphere were okay. This was my first time going. Sort of the Subway of rice bowls. Not worth the cost for me.

11/29/24 Every time I go in 2-3 hours before closing; This place would lie and say they are all out of certain items while you watch them make their own personal to-go orders with the things they said they are out. If your gonna to lie at least don’t make your own orders right in front of customers with the items you said your out of.

I usually go here every week or so and my order is fine but today my order had a problem,not gonna go into details,but the whole entire staff rush to ensure they’ll remake my order they were super friendly and cool about it the guy remaking my burrito even added something extra ,good staff and will return!
