This was my first time going to chipotle, I won't lie i heard very mixed things about it and wanted to give it a shot.Food - meh. Not impressed. The steak by itself was bland, dry, and chewy (Each bit a of steak was cooked differently.. some pink and some not. ) the rice was a bit hard, it could've been steamed/cooked for a few more minutes. The vegetables are pretty standard I guess, they're cooked. The queso and guacamole were also pretty standard. the only difference is the guacamole was fresh and had more flavor.Service - standard (which isn't bad) with small bonuses, they listened, they were kind, and patient with me when I had no idea what to get.Atmosphere - I got food when it was pretty slow, but regardless it was pretty clean inside and I appreciate that.Overall this was the okayest burrito that I had and couldn't even finish it. Bummer.Would I go back again? No. Food trucks are just better all around.

I did a mobile order for pick up and it was 7 minuets past my pick up time and I had to ask for it, when I get back to work the bowl was about 60% of what a normal bowl, it had a sneeze of sour cream and I don’t think there was any of the green salsa I asked

While ordering we noticed the cook at the grill had no gloves on, no hair net and no beard cover. Isn’t this against your safety policies???Also the seats in the back were all dirty with food.

Ordered food here and when it was delivered their was hardly any meat at all.The other chipotles give you a fair amount of meat but this one doesnt give you any.So avoid this place and eat somewhere else until they fire their incompetent greedy diversity hire of a store manager and actually hire someone who isnt looking to scam you.
