It was a great experience. Staff is friendly. It is clean and a cheaper fun time for the kids if you look into the coupons on the app before you go! Was such a fun time we ended up getting a membership.

Highly recommend clean facility friendly staff organized and super welcoming and nice they have very good checks at the door to make sure your child is your child and I highly recommend to your parents who is trying to get the kids for birthday party Chuck e. Cheese frequently comes out and is attended to all childrenand environment the guaranty fund even me as a mom enjoy playing

I'm a huge Chuck. E. Cheese nerd, and this location, while more modern in aesthetics compared to older locations, is rather pleasant. The staff are friendly, the food was.. well, as expected. But then again, you can't complain much about the quality when you got it for cheap thanks to coupons. My only major issue was the lack of animatronics. I understand it's not the locations fault, it was a company decision, it just deeply upsets me walking into any location only to see they replaced the animatronics with a horrific, bright, pixelated dance floor.

Other than small complaints about company deicions, I'd say this establishment is a fun space for family. If you get overwhelmed in loud places, definitely not for you. But if you don't mind flashing arcade lights, slightly sticky surfaces, and loud children this is a pleasant way to spend the afternoon.

It was clean and fairly quiet! Kinda nice!!
Staff was great for the party.. but there seemed to be limited staff the do things like refill the salad bar (which was quite popular, during the time we were there).

We asked for no garlic butter on the crust. They still did. There were 3 people working. They need to hire more people because the salad bar left bare for almost an hour. The workers are polite and helpful, but running around crazy because of a lack of support! Other than that, it was great with the music low and I didn't feel like I was going deaf and overwhelmed. If someone asks for something off their food, they don't HAVE to say it's because of an allergy, just keep it off. But would go back because of the atmosphere.
